I don't actually visit reddit outside the Destiny sub, but I was reading a few news articles that highlighted posts from people bitching about their first amendment rights being violated and then how they went on to quote the constitution even though they clearly have no idea what they're talking about.

Oh yeah, that's fucking garbage. For some reason people think that 1st Amendment overrides other laws and people's personal rights.

I bought it day one and I didn't have any regrets, although I should have. They totally fucked that game up. Not only was it light on content, but their meshing single player and onlilne mp was a joke. And the online play was completely fucked for the first several weeks of the launch which left you with playing single player only, which was essentially mp bot matches. They didn't help themselves any either when they changed the graphics and style of the game around after showing off so many videos.

A shell of a game that everyone is completely justified in bashing as much as they see fit, but I still love it. Almost the same situation with KZ, but GG didn't fuck it up nearly as bad as splash damage did with Brink.

It's not as bad as Grave of the Fireflies, but yeah, it's depressing. I knew going in that something like that was going to happen, but it's not an experience I feel the need to repeat. Doing so just for achievements seems a bit much.

I might just remove it from my profile since it's at 0%, actually. Haven't used that new feature yet at all.

Or even applies to companies and organizations. It doesn't. It stops the GOVERNMENT from limiting the citizens right to free speech.

CheapyD could shutdown this thread and block every attempt at opening a new one. That would have NOTHING to do with the First Amendment. Now if the government stepped in and seized the servers GAC runs on that potentially could be a violation of free speech.

 
Had a Cartwheel fail tonight.  Cashier couldn't figure out how to scan it and just finalized the sale.  Went to CS and the young girl tried to override it and issue a credit but it wouldn't take.  She ended up asking us if $15 off was enough or not.  It should have been just under $10 so we took that.  She said she wanted to give us a little extra for the hassle.  I figured it would be a GC or something.  But she handed us he cash.

I think this is like the only time dealing with CS at our local Target hasn't made me want to jump over the counter and choke them out.  She was so pleasant unlike the usual CS rep there.  Probably won't be there next time.

Zimm can you fix this shit for next time though?

And I refuse to go to a site that can't spell "read it" properly. It's bad enough when people can't tell the difference between "your" and "you're."

 
Playstation won May in console sales. Still no idea what happened in April.

Splatoon did well. Gotta say that's the biggest surprise for me in a long time. Maybe since it's actually developed by Nintendo, Nintendfans just buy it regardless. 

It's the only reason I can think that it would do so well whereas 3rd party exclusives like Bayonetta 2 and Wonderful 101 would do so poorly. That Ninty effect.

EDIT: Per the Neogaf source, Splatoon's actual sales numbers weren't all that impressive. It placed 5th on the chart so people thought it did really well. Must have been a softer software sales month than people were expecting.

No. The Vita probably didn't even hit 5 digits. 3DS we might still get the numbers on, but without any real competition I don't think anyone really cares about its sales numbers anymore.

First episode of the new season was really good. So much better than the Season 2 premiere, they're not even comparable. 

The intro song for this show is money too.

Wayward Pines was crazy tonight. They explained way more than I thought they would. It sucks we have to wait 2 weeks for the new episode since it's getting bumped by golf next week.

So like the system wasn't letting the barcode get scanned after she pressed the appropriate Cartwheel buttons or the cashier just didn't know how to do it? Or something else?

Your description makes it sound like worker error. Or there's an error with their in store equipment.

Basically what I'm trying to say is it's not my fault dad! GOD!
 
just lost 7 hours to eso. now there's maintenance, and i'm playing monster bag. i need to start playing more of these plus games. some of them are goofy fun for a couple hours.
