Remaster of the original PS2 game.

Anyone familiar with it? I lost 3 continue orbs on the first big spider boss. I'm guessing I should go back and do a better job on it?

 
N/M, looks like you can save anywhere in Devil May Cry. I thought you could only save in between chapters. That'll make things 100x easier.

Was there a "save anywhere" feature in the original, I wonder?

There are two ways to save in the game: Pressing SELECT and choosing the save
command, or completing each mission properly. At the end of each mission, you
can choose to save your game or not. On the save menu, choose the file you
would like to start or overwrite and confirm. Four sub-topics will appear on
the left. It shows the mode you are currently undertaking, your game time
after the last save, the number of saves, and stars that indicate the number
of Secret Missions you have completed.

Saving via the SELECT screen only saves your progress (i.e.- number of Red
Orbs, moves and items you've already collected; not the entire mission.)
Tasks you've already done in the mission before completing it will be reset

and must be done again.

He could have simply been a relatively new and concerned about following policy as closely as possible so as to not risk being in trouble.

The general rule of thumb is to always add something to your transaction for an extra dollar or so with those types of deals so that it doesn't set any red flags off. Sure the system allows it, but any time in retail if a customer completely pays for something using only coupons, no form of cash or credit, it draws too much attention. Better to just have them overlook it for an extra dollar or so instead of possibly being denied which is well within their right based on the listed coupon limitations.

Calling someone a retard for adhering to the rules of their job is ridiculous. Its cool if they overlook it and let you slide, but that's not their obligation that's them doing you a favor.

I chose Dark Elf Dragonknight. Not sure about that combo. Let me know what factions you guys are sticking with and I'll make a character there.

Maybe you should fully read what I said? Specifically the part that said I was ready to accept it and move on until the other guy spoke up. Policy is that you scan something if the customer asks you, and if it works, you put it through. Clearly the second guy knew that. You want good transaction surveys. Good surveys look good on your manager and your store. That looks good on your DM. It goes up the chain.

If the coupon didn't work at all, then I'm done and just don't even bother. If it works, and you decide to pull it back just because, that's a dick move. I knew that, and the manager on duty knew that.

Yeah I'm sticking with Ebonheart. Yeah I wasn't sure what I wanted so I just started something to get a feel.
 
im done with dying light. Finished up the quarantines but not gonna mess with all these challenges/rescues/collectibles. I been doing rescues since the game started and still not 15 from zombies/rais men. This game does not make me want to play more of it, away it goes.

I fully read it all. It isn't policy that if it works it has to be accepted, thats why there is fine print and stipulations right on the coupon. You can't say someone pulled it back just because when the coupon explicity states it is not to be stacked with another offer. They're not denying you out of spite, that is policy. Yes they want their positive surveys, and that is a reason exceptions may be made, but its not a guarantee or something you're owed.

I forgot which I picked. I think it was somethin dominion or some shit. Havent put that much time into the game though. I think im only level 9. Made a dragonknight.
 
I know they still have time to polish things up but damn the people in Fallout 4 look like shit. Even a lot of other stuff like houses, robots, props, etc seem to be pretty shitty looking. But mostly the people right now.
 
I am surprisingly pumped about the Dishonored remaster.  I know it wont be a day one purchase for me due to how much other stuff is coming out this fall but I'll defintely grab it on sale.
