She knows. She thought she was going to some knitting level 3 class and turns out the woman signed her up for the level 1, beginner class. So I told her to just go in and try to get it changed, but she's super nonconfrontational and is just going to sit through it. She might pull a Monica and act like she has no idea what she's doing but then everyone's shocked when she's actually super good.

Mario maker looks good. I'm just not the level creating type. If someone wants to set up a level for me and then watch me suffer through it, sure. But I don't have the dedication or interest in making it myself. The idea of making a bunch of god awful levels and setting up a tourney is really cool though. I wish I had the patience/brain for that.

 
I just realized why I am so salty today.  Not counting the no pussy part.  I havent played any games in like 2 days!  And I wont be playing any tonight!  I am having withdrawals.

Watching Korra now, actually. 2 episodes left in s1, will knock those out tonight. It's surprisingly a lot more adult than the previous series. That makes sense since Aang was 12-14 while Korra is 18-21 over their respective series, but I wasn't really expecting the difference it would make in the feel and focus of how the show plays out.

Having watched some of Korra, I'm now more disappointed in how little the game uses the material from the show. Fun game, to be sure (except for the running and pro-bending sections), but not representative of the show's content at all, I think.

Oh the korra game is super disappointing when you know the source material. I still think the main game was fun for what it was, but I just ignored the non-existant story. Its pretty much par the course for other media tying to the avatar universe tho.

I'm OCD about my shit being in good shape though, so I typically don't buy used games at retailers unless I just happen to come across something that looks good. For used games I usually go with ebay since I can get a good look at the seller and the condition of the games, but even that is taking a chance sometimes so I mostly buy new.

Prices haven't really moved yet on the game since the announcement but it's still early. I wouldn't be surprised to see them steadily climb up to the $30 range. Maybe I'll get lucky and come across a cheap BIN when it first goes up, but if not $20 isn't that bad I guess... I just hate that I passed on this when newegg had it for $10.

Have you checked out the 3DS game? Looks like a sRPG and goes for like $10 new.

Last week I was pretty pissy as well and took a 2 day break from gaming. Don't think it made any difference though.

I haven't tried it yet. When it first came out I was still working on fire emblem and I knew it wouldn't compare. Now that you mention it though, I may pick it up with GCU. Everything I read on that one made it seem like it'd be fun so long as you like sRPG.

 
trying to play war for cybertron mp. 1/2 my games are disconnected and 1/2 my games freeze and require a restart of the ps3. ps4 has spoiled me so much in assuming the games should work and the system won't freeze. prove me wrong fallout 4!

I actually hated how much they would come up to you. I just got here I want to see all the girls before I get too interested in just one. I was never big on the whole strip club thing really. Only went a few hundred times.

I used to hate the girls doing that too. But that was when I had no money and thought I was too good for them and could get a woman without paying. Now I dont give two shits and would welcome them all to come sit on daddys lap for a little bit.

My kids have played a lot of War for Cybertron online without issues... on 360.

360 > PS3 confirmed.

People have already started speculating Zelda will be on the NX or on both NX and Wii U as well as a potential 3D mario that is in the works. Makes sense though...I think the Wii U is only around 9 million units sold. I have one now so I'll play some catch up with what I want to play. I was a huge Gamecube fan and that sold like crap too. Hopefully the NX is a smart move up and a system with longevity that will sell well. All they need to do is be as powerful or a bit more powerful than the X1 and PS4 and they should be good to go. Hopefully they don't screw it up.

I hope the NX is backwards compatible with Wii U/Wii stuff and doesn't focus on any gimmicks.
