You're telling me you're not more tempted to buy things if they have a price glitch? Same applies here. Price glitches are tempting, regular price isn't. This is really basic CAG logic!

Good grief, this game has been on my wishlist since November 11th, 2013, but I can't remember why exactly. I must have been going through a Devil May Cry phase or something. Either way, that's wallet revenue from ~15 Steam cards well spent. :D/

Glitch or not, I think it's still worth buying at $0.99.

if it's msrp then unless you really want to play it soon refunding is smart because you can get it for much cheaper when it's on sale

I guess I just don't have that mindset. Anyway, the game looked fun and I figure this is a price glitch and the game won't be this price for long, so I bought it.

Might pick up the stand-alone Dragonfall version. Anyone know whether there's plans for a "complete" edition or more future DLC down the line?

Yeah, I had talked to Spoder the other day about how I had noticed all of SEGA's shit is gone from GMG. Ubisoft stuff was never sold on their site in NA anyways, I think.

Has anyone bought anything besides ESO/Skyrim from GMG during their sale yet? I missed day 1, but day 2 and 3 have seemed like mostly duds.

Not sure what to grab from Nuuvem at this point either. Looking at Another World, Call of Juarez: The Cartel, Rocket Knight, Puzzle Chronicles, Stronghold Collection, Contrast, and the Sniper Warrior Trilogy.

Continuum Shift Extend's so close to being buyable.

Sniper Ghost Warrior Trilogy is 3 games and all of the DLC for 1, and exclusive-CE DLC for 2. If you own none of the games (like me), it's a decent bargain at about $2 for all of it.

Sigh. At least I got almost everything Sega made that's worth it to me, before they lost their minds.

But what the hell do they have against GMG? I mean, the site -already- had a pretty effective region locking system in place. What else could they want in place, DRM free or Playfire client integration instead of Steam keys? Or maybe BR-region keys?

I think they want GMG to charge more for new games. Or they're just jumping on the CDP bandwagon. UNLESS THEY'RE GOING TO MAKE A SEGA CLIENT AND PERHAPS CONSOLE?!?!?!

Someone make this make sense to me. SEGA/Ubi withdrew from GMG because they were unhappy with GMG's protections? How is GMG different from Gamersgate or Amazon or anyone selling keys? And GMG's pricing isn't really so competitive to have resales be an issue. What am I missing?

A week or so ago, I bought that game that was maybe/sorta a copyright violating emulation on the thoughts that it'd get taken down. But then that got cleaned up. I only wanted it if it was pulled from Steam though so I returned it. My reason (via pulldown menu) was "Purchased by mistake" which was true -- I mistakenly thought that it was going to get pulled :p

I think there's a pulldown menu option for "Is now priced lower" but, at any rate, you don't need to engage in a dialogue with CS to get a refund, you just pick the pre-set option that most closely matches your reason.

[Edit: that last line is sort of irrelevant because halfway through my post I got confused about why Spoder was refunding. But the point remains that his request for a refund is as legitimate as any other and you just pick an option off the list that's close enough]

Dragonfall Director's Cut and the Original use different engines at this point. There are no plans to release the original in the updated engine. There will not be any further DLC.

They did sell to NA on GMG but it almost never went on sale here so none of us paid attention to it.

I think they did an Anno 2070 sale once in NA but 99% of the time their sales were EU/ROW only.

It's the same with Get Games Go as well.

GetGamesGo was annoying because they'd actually have the Euro-Sales on their front page and not tell you until checkout that you're not allowed to buy their games.

Always shop for Steam keys on the MacGameStore site. The only people who use Macs are pretentious hipsters writing their tumblr fanfics at local coffee shops while drinking horchata in their rainbow-colored, fingerless gloves. They're too busy feeling self-important to play video games, that's why their versions of AAA titles are cheaper.

I don't have a Mac.

So, yes - Steam keys for Steamplay-supported games (which gives at least Windows + Mac versions in one purchase + activation of a Steam-key) are why I check out the MacGameStore b/c I want the Windows version of the game.

Ask for a gtx 970. I talked to Todd Howard the other day and he said that's the minimum for Fallout 4. I asked if maybe a 960 would suffice and he just started laughing until tears fell from his eyes. Feel bad for anyone that wanted to play Fallout 4 at release on a 960.
