Only because it's all underwater so you'd drown, duh. If you get rid of the oceans, you could totally walk wherever you wanted to. So Mad Max is pretty much just like Bioshock 3.
But all of them are the same.

I MEAN UH SPOILERS!!!!!!!!12131

I started Infinite a couple days ago - after about 2.5 hours I've spent 70% of the time stealing money and food from people, 20% watching cinematics or chasing Elizabeth around, and 10% in combat. The combat is great when it happens, then it's over all too quickly and I'm back to another 20 minutes of cutscenes and looting. Overall this game is trying way too hard to be 2deep4me. Hopefully there's more meat along the way.
The game picks up. A lot of games are slow in the beginning; so if Infinite. There is more combat as you go further into the game. I wouldn't say it's any more looting/cutscene intensive than most modern fps games.

MysterD's response to being challenged on anything he doesn't have a comeback for is to just post some nonsense picture that doesn't make any damned sense to obfuscate things.

I used that .GIF to metaphorically jump over the "Sarchasm".

So what you're saying is we can get rid of that god damned yellow comic sans for good and you'll always get every sarcastic remark without it being coded from here on out?
Nope.

After Pas dropped the picture, I'm saying: "Oh, now I finally get the joke."

Brut would love the game. All of the workers are black people, and they have their own toilets.
Yes but [customspoiler=can you play Tetris with them?]

FYI, Endless Legend isn't region locked. Was $6-and-change for the Emperor Edition via PutinGate

I had a second GG account already with some blue coins so I bought 6,000 more normally then used a VPN to buy the game for BC.
Figures, GG finally has a deal I want and my blue coins expired in March. I think I was holding onto them for at least a year and a half. Oh well, bought anyway. Thanks for the heads up.

It was a bad joke on my part. Dragon's Lair was kind of known for being a game in which you largely watch it play out, interspersed with random clicks and joystick taps.

And while it's true that those additional monitors on top of the cabinet existed, they were largely unused (at least in my own experience) until Street Fighter 2 rolled around. I remember crowds gathering around those machines. Yes, they were waiting for their turn, but they were also watching to learn and for the entertainment value.
Man, I miss the days of queuing up quarters on the Tekken 3 machine in my university arcade. Those were good times.

Most stuff goes through though. Even the Lara Croft and the Temple of Osiris price mistake got approved after the half hour period. They just ended up yanking it later.

Oh and btw if anyone wants to fakeyfakey Stasis it's ~ $5 on GG Russia, which is even cheaper than I paid on Nuuvem.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1ytCEuuW2_A

Killing Floor 2 is just shy of $9 also, but that's only slightly less than you can get it for on Nuuvem.

Anyway, I got Endless Legend Emperor pack and the Guardians expansion for ~8 and change, the change part I used existing blue coins I had and then I bought 8,000 more to use for Putin purchasing.

I h8ed it so bad, i got to right near the end and then just quit and uninstalled it. Bought the Season pass thing and never touched it.
Oooh... you missed the best part: the Season Pass. Not the terrible arena thing, but the 2 story DLC that take you
back to Rapture.

I forgot about the expansion. I'm a little leery of having too many BC saved up just because I don't know how often I'll want something that's actually region free.

Best guess is that Hola is how someone got my password last time so, if you use it, you might want to change passwords before someone buys Lego Batman for you.

A friend of mine lives in the border with Brazil and he use to travel there, and when connected to steam from there he can get better prices. He's asking me if he can get banned for doing so. I told him he's not, but want to ask here if someone has a similar experience. Now that I know that, I may ask him to gift me games too, if those are not region locked to Brazil ;)

I have no first hand experience in this so take it for what it is but my understanding is that Steam puts a region flag on stuff bought through Steam so even if you went to Brazil and bought games and then went to the US, they're still "Brazil purchased" games and not tradeable in the US.

Buying from Nuuvem or GG, etc is buying the retail versions which may be different than the restrictions on Steam's internal versions.

I believe Steam has gone so far as to check your region when playing an already activated game to prevent people from using a VPN to activate a cross region game.

If he's legitimately traveling back and forth, he may want to contact Steam Support if he's worried.

He's on the same region he'll be buying, one of the countries listed on the warning notice.

But I too think he need to ask support

This default restriction affects only gifts though, not if you buy for yourself.

That makes KF2 close to $10 on Nuuvem I think. Though you might have to VPN to purchase? Not sure if it is region locked either. Might want to check Steamdb before you take the plunge.
I think so, just tried adding it here and it gave me the not available in your country warning, so you'll at least have to give up your nationality to enter the store

It's not region locked. Travathian and T1 got it from GG Putin for $9 last night.

I wasn't actually logged in when Hola was on. I logged out, turned on hola, added items to cart, deactivated hola completely in Chrome extensions, then logged in and cart still had Putin pricing.

Also if you don't want to stock up on blue coins you don't really have to. Don't forget the trick Madjoki showed us, you can still buy 1,000 increments with the url. So you really only ever have to keep less than a dollar's worth of BC at any given time.

You have to buy 5,000 minimum though.  I could use the =1000 trick to add an extra buck's worth and buy $6 but if I tried to buy $2 worth, it says 5,000 minimum.

Anyway, I bought KF2 Deluxe edition for ~$11.50 from PutinGate.  Final price was after they added VAT but gave the 5% BC refund plus the pre-order BC bonus.  Now I can play with Fox and have him brofist me right in the zombie hole.

Yeah you can, just add the 5,000 first, then the 1,000 however many times you want then take the 5,000 out of the cart. You can still buy it at that point.

That's just crazy enough to work!

I assumed that was what you were doing but the 5k warning made me think that wouldn't fly. Anyway, I've needed 5k+ increments for all my trips over the wall this weekend so never had need to try. Good to know though.

Is KF2 Deluxe Upgrade on sale at GG Putin?
Doesn't look like they sell it at all. Just regular and deluxe; no upgrade package. Sorry, bro

Weird -- I activated my KF2 key and Steam said I already owned it. And my library says "Purchased Thursday". But I (a) didn't own it and (b) it shows up in my account record of being activated September 5th (today for those of you without calendars handy).

[Edit: I bet the free weekend is what made that happen.]

There actually comes a point in the game where I felt there was "too much" combat gameplay. While I found it enjoyable in smaller skirmishes, extended battles wore on me. Then again, it was the more quiet-introspective moments in that game that I loved the most (Though mudering fools with crows and setting them on fire was indeed a close second).

I know this game is getting a lot of flack, but I'm going on record and applauding them on trying to take on such a subject. Many people were never taught that slaves actually were packed into ships, often in cramped positions, with the primary goal of maximizing space. Slaves were treated as product not people. From what I've seen of the game, they are not trivializing the matter, nor going for a 'cheap pop' (in wrestling parlance). It's just a visual representation. BTW, to bring this back to a couple of days ago, all I know about the game is from watching a long play from Jim fucking Sterling Son!

Jim Sterling is like the one exception I make for refusing to watch Youtube personalities. I just love how he shows the worst of the worst Poopees level stuff getting on Steam.

Hey, I applaud them for tackling the subject too, but that part was just in poor taste. If we had Jew tetris packing holocaust victims into gas chambers I think people might get it a little more. And in the same vein, couldn't we have a game with some bad ass protagonist coming in and killing slave masters? It happens time and time again with Hitler and the Nazis, but somehow I think making a game about murdering colonial Americans and southerners would get some big opposition.

So basically, Django Unchained: the game?

You know what would be more awesome Mad Django in the Australian Post Apocalyptic Outback harpooning motherfuckers from a hoopty car.

Could like re-write it so he's an aborigine that survives the end of the world or some shit.

I'd buy it.

I think Tebow felt this coming.   I think it explains in part his bad mood this past week.  I think that we need to take the example of our lord Tebow and forgive forum Tebow for his sins for forgiveness is a pinnacle of our Christian Tebow faith.
