I haven't finished the tutorial world. One problem is it seemed to stop giving me prompts once I went over into the 2nd section. Is it supposed to still be prompting me toward different things? Maybe it isn't. I might just say fuck it and make a random world and just play and see what happens.

Yeah but I know I hate "world building" so I would hate it. I dont want to create. I want to destroy.
I hate all the create stuff in almost every other game (Nom Nom is the only exception I can think of). It is not the same. I do not even really create a huge base. In fact, I just dig a hole in the side of a cliff for my base to not waste resources and to avoid a lot of the time it takes to build.

I said all the same things you are. Once I gave it a chance, I realized I was wrong.

Anymore, I dont know what I am doing.

Anymore.
same here bro. This chic has come over 4 days in a row and just called and wants to come over again now.

I told her maybe later.

2 hours of 2 girl hj/bjs is actually exhausting day after day. I need the $, but i could also use a break.

everyone deals with stress their own ways, im about to make some tea.

Hopefully you and topside and zimms all find some hot chics soon and can post some sexy pix

so we can all internet high five ya.

stay chill bros

I did this in my friend's world. I built a hole in the ground and closed it up above me aka Lost Hatch style. They were wondering where i was til one of them dug sideways into my vault :)

I just realized I must like resource management games.  That is really the way I play Minecraft, and it is really the main focus of Nom Nom.  Both seem to be meant to focus on creation, but it is the management aspect I like.

Managing resources is also something I hate doing. There is a less than 1% chance I would like Minecraft and I have plenty of other games so I dont feel the need to even try it.

Look at Bloodborne. I tried it even though I knew I didnt like that style of game. As much as Bums tried to help me, I still hated it. I need to stick to my instincts on things like this as I am always right.

Gator,

Argentum 25?  A real Belgian IPA?

Duck Rabbit Baltic Porter?  What is that?

Dunderbak has some different things.

I haven't had it, but yes that is what it is.

I like DR Baltic Porter. Baltic Porters are usually slightly higher ABV than typical porters. They are supposed to be lagered instead of using an Ale yeast. I am not sure if that always holds true anymore. Brewers seem to want to use that term instead of Imperial Porter for thicker higher ABV porters that may not deserve the imperial label. Duck Rabbit's is in fact lagered unless things have changed recently.

Yes, you need to farm the nether in order to survive the nether and that's one of the problems I'm having. The amount of stuff available in the tutorial world for potions is limited. I think you need magma cream but I've only seen one magma cube and a ghast killed me before I killed it.
The place where we threw diamonds at each other has that house up on the cliff full of chests and materials for tons of shit. I'd go there if you need ingredients for anything. It's in the southwest corner of the tutorial map, not far from where the end portal is.

Yeah I looted the hell out of that already when I needed the fermented spider eye. I'm assuming to survive long periods in the nether world you would need a lot of fire resistance potions, even if you use redstone. I was thinking at least 25 potions, and that would be to just find and get to a fortress never mind killing a blaze or two.

Ok yeah. I'm trying to find a spot to get more diamonds because I made all diamond armor from the resources in that place before a diamond pickaxe like a dummy.

It would have to show me a hell of a lot more than it has so far for me to want a word with it. I did not get the sense of it being a resource management game from what I saw of it so far.
It can be if thats what you want out of it. Become a trader.

Might officially be done with that last Heroes of Loot trophy. I was playing on lunch...Dungeon 19 kicking ass with Valkyrie, enter Dungeon 20, arena room, 3 minotaurs right on top of me for insta-death. fuck
On those you need to get close to the wall, run in a large circle around the edge of the room and shoot. They can't hit you that way.

Donaldson and Beltre both left game 1 with injuries, Donaldson a possible concussion after getting kneed in the head on a slide into second trying to break up a double play and Beltre injured his back trying to break up a double play.

It's clear what needs to be done then. We must ban double plays!

That's exactly what they were trying to do, so I think you have to ban not making double plays.

This is promising (from the studio with ex-Burnout developers that'll be working on its "spiritual successor"):

"Shiny Red Something" is supposedly their codename for the successor, and "the third one"...well, you can guess what that means. Burnout 3: Takedown is probably my favorite arcade racer that isn't Paradise.

Beat that adventure time game, it wasn't too bad. It's zelda style, a top-down perspective with an overworld and 4 dungeons to explore. Platinum takes an extra playthrough so I'm not going to bother with it.
Did you play the Explore the Dungeon (something something) Adventure Time game? Wondering if it's difficult or similar in style to the one you played. Fiancee bought it from gamefly a while back, and if it's not a casual game I'll just have her watch me play it.

I think that game is more of a dungeon crawler than an action-adventure game, it got really poor reviews so I never bothered checking it out.

Apparently Pete Rose hasn't watched baseball for the past decade. He seemed confused when the post game announcers had to inform him TWICE that there is a concussion protocol and the player has to leave the game. He still looked baffled when they went to a commercial.

Played a little of the Battlefront beta. Looks and plays great. Definitely one of those games where you need to level up a little bit before you stand a chance. I also don't totally know what's going on.

i played it with my girl and it was super hard. You always had to start back at the beginning (which i know is a roguelike thing) but it just felt we were making no progress at all. It may be easier/harder in co op tho, so idk, but i sent it back after a few days. I think i maybe got a handful of trophies. i dont know the source material (not much of a animated tv fan cept old school sealab2021/athf) so ymmv in fun factor

That's probably because he's had one for 40 plus years.

handful of trophies meaning 16 out of 47

SMB is tough. Doubt I'll get any of the no dying trophies. Do you have to do them all in order without dying (no deaths at all) or is it that no dying independent? I mean can you no-death a level, then die on the next level, but start that level over and then no-death it, etc?

Is it mildly disturbing to anyone else that they have this fairly realistic looking snow in Battlefront with pre-made foot prints in it, but players themselves don't make any footprints in the snow?

From a Steam achievement guide, which I assume to be the same:

No Death Runs

As if Super Meat Boy wasn't already challenging enough, there are Achievements for completing each Chapter without dying. The levels can be completed in any order using any characters (excluding Steve and Meat Ninja). Warp zones, glitch worlds and bosses don't need to be beat for these Achievements to unlock. There are separate Achievements for Light and Dark world chapters, and here they will be listed in their separate sections.

Getting these achievements require you to beat all the normal levels of a chapter in one sitting without dying even once. If you die, you will have to play ALL the levels again; replaying just the level you died on isn't enough. The order in which you beat the levels doesn't matter, and you can "cheat" by exiting the level or changing character to escape death.

Does anyone here have a mgsv dlc code that helps your progression in metal gear online? Would really appreciate it if you send it my way.

Its all the levels in a world in order.

As cro pointed out during my stream, to beat a level you have to no-death it. So doing them independently wouldn't really be a significant accomplishment at all.

Fun until dawn fact - it tracks your footprints in the snow, even when you change screens. They disappear after a while, but I thought it was a nice touch.

Therm pretty much answered the question, but I tried the second option myself for the first Dark World and didn't get the trophy by the end. You can picture a counter that remains at 0 if you don't die, but if you die it goes to 1 and that counter needs to be 0 by the time you finish every level in the given world.
