Only one of my GameStops (we have 3) has the blue in-stock, according to that. However, it's not giving the "Low Stock" warning, so I kind of just imagine that the others didn't get much in.

check that email carefully though, I thought both of mine had shipped when I got it, but then noticed that only the pink one actually shipped; my blue one hasn't yet.

My blue one shipped yesterday, so it's not necessarily a matter of one shipping over the other.

I preordered from them as well. (No Tax =p )

No charge or hold is nothing to worry about. It states in checkout that items arent charged until they ship.

Plus, the fact that they're still in stock to preorder (compared to mewtwo which is sold out) is a sign that you're order will be fine.

Let me just use this as another opportunity to point out that I live in the freaking capitol of IL, and we get NOTHING. We didn't get the Mario Maker demo. We're not getting this demo (closest is 50 miles away). We're not getting grocery store Surge (though I freaking saw it at a random gas station coming back from Disney World with summer). We get NO love in central Illinois.

When I'm not visiting home in NY, I live in south NJ. I always have to travel around 45 mins each way to get to the nearest demo event. That's just nintendo. Any indie movie event, I have to travel an hour both ways. It's awful.
Sometimes, you just have to deal with it.

Well, Surge isn't a Nintendo thing. I'm speaking on a general level, where the capitol has NOTHING going for it. I guess we're supposed to FINALLY get a Chick-Fil-A next year, but that's about it. I mean, our mall has a freaking college (ITT Tech) in it, and that used to be a car dealership. Our only true golf store closed a few months back, even though the city has, like, 8 golf courses in it. Just a wasteland of sadness here.

In the end he looks like an idiot when months go by of zero reports on here of anyone purchasing a loose USA green yoshi reg size amiibo. I come across these types of bullshitters all the time and I just kick them down the line and sweep them under the rug in a nonchalant fashion.

I'm looking at blue, pink, and green USA yarn yoshi amiibos sitting on my desk right now. Sure I had to purchase the game to get the green one. Why? Because I can. Because I don't give 2 shits if the game is bad or not. After paying with GCU and possibly trading it in, it's a wash anyway.

 
I called both of the GS event locations here in MN, neither of the two people had a clue as to what I was referring to about the AC Amiibo card binder. One even said "Ummm. Not at the moment, but call back cuz it can be random as to when different stores might get them in." Hello??? They aren't available at all stores, only the event locations as far as I am aware. Oh well. There's the UK version to import, or wait for the inevitable official release of the US version.

I got the last Mario Classic Color in the store. Despite a huge restock of Marths, Dark Pits, Greninjas, I only saw one Lucario. I probably should've gotten a Yarn Yoshi for the novelty, but oh well.

Well, after all the Walmart not shipping Amiibos for people, they still shipped mine despite me cancelling yesterday morning (got them with GCU at Best Buy), a day before they actually shipped.  Sigh.  You can't get them to ship Amiibos when you want them to, and they send them anyways when you don't.  Can't win.  I guess I'll just return them to the store - not a problem, it is just ironic.  Future reference guys, maybe cancelling your order is the way to actually get them ...  :rofl:

Never buy anything from Walmart! That place is unreliable as they get. And they promote legalize slave labor. I always roll up to Best Buy about a half hour before they open the day the amiibos are available and I always get them.

Bro Walmart makes most of they're from the government. Can't tell you how many people shop there with carts mountain high with food stamps. I know cause I worked there in 2011. Also a lot of liberals who abuse benefits like unemployment and disability shop there with our hard earned tax money.
 
So have there been initial numbers for Mega Yoshi? 

Seems kinda dick-ish to tout something as "extremely limited" when so many people have had trouble getting these things for so long (though those days appear to be over).

Was pleasantly surprised today to get Dark Pit and Little Mac at Best Buy.  They also had Greninja and Lucario which I thought were TRU exclusives.  It's nice that Amiibo restocks are happening.

For future reference, it's probably better to ask them if the Nintendo rep there has the binder. GameStop's just hosting the events now, Nintendo Reps are running them. Or, if any Nintendo event is close, just go. I went not knowing if they would have it, just to see if they would. They gave the binders out at the Yoshi Demo several weeks ago, and again yesterday so odds are they'll have them at another event.

The biggest "taker" states are red states, bro - heavily conservative. However, the employer with the most employees on food stamps is Walmart - so your hard earned tax money is paying for them to underpay their workers.

I hate that stupid false equivalence nonsense, it is an intentional ploy by the right to disengage moderates that will not go along with their party line. Obviously the party that lies the most will want people who expect honesty to treat both parties like they are complete liars. Fox News has have the most uninformed viewers of any network for a reason you know!

In a two party system, you either check out of the whole process and let the most ruthless win, or try to move the needle from within the process. You will never find the perfect candidate other than yourself. I tend to go with the choice that will go against the financial interests of the corporate pigs. If you are wealthy (as practically everyone in Congress is) and back legislation that will potentially increase your own taxes I would trust you more than if you tell me giving tax break to the wealthiest (themselves included) will somehow eventually help me out.

Now back to our regularly scheduled Amiibo hunting ...
