This thread will attempt to provide a place to discuss past/present/future PC gaming deals. While mainly focusing on Steam games, any standout sales may also be presented. I will not be updating every Daily/Weekly/etc. sale. The tools to help individuals become a smarter shopper will be provided below.

Apparently bruticus' personality was so strong and volatile that it bubbled over and split into a faceless account in a self defense mechanism to prevent him from literally being consumed from hate

Also of note "This DLC will be redeemable for free until the 19th of Novembrer 2015 then billable" and it doesn't actually check if you own the base so if anyone is thinking of getting the game later you might as well grab the DLC key now and stash it somewhere.

You will probably have to sign up for the Europe Bandai site in order to get it but it's free to do so.

They also have some free One Piece and Dragonball DLC for Steam that again don't require you to own the base to get (though obviously you can't active them on Steam yet if that's the case) but I don't believe those ones are time limited.

Ark is a significantly better game than I had expected (although I wouldn't want to play on public servers). I'll eventually get off the kick and take a break but it's filling the time nicely while I wait for Fallout 4 and Just Cause 3.

LOL. I don't think a name-change will solve all of their problems either. They have to overhaul it (which is what they're trying here) - and given what I heard + read about V 1.0, was there even enough time to make such a grand overhaul?

And I guess this game being overhauled explains why it hasn't been in a Poopees bundle yet.

Even with starting development in 2008 from Reality Pump, I don't know why TopWare just didn't put this game in Early Access in the first bloody place - instead of releasing Version 1.0 broken and incomplete like they did.

I just built my dream desktop this weekend and have been looking for deals. Got an email from indie gala about an hour ago advertising the Metro Redux on sale for 24 hours, checking it now and it's full priced, lol.

Looks like Saint's Row IV too. Torchlight 2 might be one of the 'classic' rebundled games.

I remember a time when we used to berate people for buying anything at less than 75% off.  I remember a time when we used to ostracize people for buying weeaboo games.  Now everyone openly discussed buying weeaboo games for full price at launch.

Here's what I got from this. Spoder told Bobby to get a septerra core key from top ware. Spoder basically has to hold bobbys hand for the most part when it comes to these things because Bobby forgets or is too lazy to complete certain things. Top were accidentally sent Bobby a Ravens cry key instead of septerra core.

Am I warm?

You're close, but I don't think anyone would guess the full story anyway. I told Bobby he could get a Steam key from Topware for his GOG purchase, and then Bobby flirted with Topware and they offered him Raven's Cry, and he got the Septerra Core key too.

I think it is all because the huge amount of crap games and bundles. I'd rather pay full price for a game I know I'll play at least a couple hours.

That said... I'll miss Tales of. It's impossible for me to buy it before launch time. Now to wait for a sale... Next year maybe. Will give me time to finish Pillars, Divinity OS, wasteland 2....

Friend convinced me to pick up ARK, got excited about playing it.... Forgot I'm still waiting on parts to arrive for my new rig. Legitimately forgot that my old rig is sitting in some pc repair shop. Who I only took it to because I figured it would probably take a good portion of one my weekends to diagnose and repair. Which apparently would have been the better plan.

He's mentioned Topware giving out Steam keys in the past to me a while before I ended up with a copy of Septerra Core on GOG, I of course forgot. Around the time I was emailing the Dead State dev for a free key from owning it on GOG, he suggested emailing Topware because I had just gotten a copy of Septerra on GOG from the free promo they were doing (of all the games to get free). My half-hearted contention is I would have remembered what he said originally without him reminding me (because I was already emailing for free Steam keys), which is apparently some sort of sore point, even though it doesn't even matter because he's the one who told me about it in the first place. :roll:

Look at all that "redacted." How are we supposed to trust an obiviously edited message like that? For all we know, you could have redacted the part where he was giving you the key and begging you not to sleep with his daughter in elementary school.
