This thread will attempt to provide a place to discuss past/present/future PC gaming deals. While mainly focusing on Steam games, any standout sales may also be presented. I will not be updating every Daily/Weekly/etc. sale. The tools to help individuals become a smarter shopper will be provided below.

Okay I went to a Microsoft Mall kiosk (because I figured the full store at U Village in Seattle might be a shit show) and grabbed a friend that DGAF about computers and games and crap so got the $50 Microsoft gc and bought a $50 Steam wallet card.

It was super easy, they were friendly and counted the 3 Microsoft apps that came preinstalled with my phone.

Probably like the one and only time I will ever get a deal that Madjoki and Tomasety (and maybe Spoder?) don't instead of the other way around so

If I was another type of person I'd go to all 5 Microsoft Store locations (what can I say? I live in Seattle) and use 5 different email addresses but $50 was more than I expected and just going to the one store was really easy and they didn't even try to upsell me.

This is was the boat I was in until I found out they opened a new one closer to me. 20 mins seemed worth it to me for a free copy of Halo 5.

So I went and apparently they were "out". I have no idea how you can be "out" of store credit, but whatever, I was too sick to argue.

If I yell at them tomorrow, I'll post the results.

At least it gave me an excuse to get some sushi.

Go to one store, have them pull some "We're out" shenanigans and then browbeat them until they capitulated.

Who are all these Steam CAGs in North Carolina? I thought for sure most would be buying XBox cards.

I did my due diligence, but the closest ms store here in Atl is like 45 min or more with traffic. Man, I miss Seattle. Here in Atlanta the drivers are horrible. I almost got rear ended when I went to go pick up my free computer case from Craig's list and that would have turned it into an expensive case. Traffic is so bad I usually just go into the city if I have other business there.
 
So besides spoder who else here pre-ordered Tales of Zestiria?  I saw the release date got moved up to tomorrow 6pm EST and I'm debating on pre-ordering this or not.

I know that's like the running joke and all around here and hardy har har :roll: and all that but sometimes people here really talk out of their back orifice.

There was just a Humble Bandai bundle a couple of months ago it didn't have anything of significant value that's remotely recent. The only games they had that were released in the past couple of years were cheapo $10 retail games for the bottom tier and even those came out in 2014.

So no, I don't think they are going to put their $50 flagship release of an IP new to the PC platform that sold well enough to meet and exceed all their tier bonus levels in a bundle next month.

Ark by all accounts is selling very well, much better than the developers had expected, and it continues to do well through word of mouth. It wouldn't make much sense for them to bundle right now and historically popular early access survival games like Rust have not been bundled because they didn't need to.

Well as I mentioned in my last post the game's release got bumped up a little bit so it's coming out tomorrow at 6pm EST. If you want to get all the pre-order bonuses (including Symphonia) you might want to have your friend gift you the game earlier in the day.

it's in Scottsdale anyways, so probably only had GCs for Prada and $200 a plate restaurants.

The whole promotion was already for people with Android and iOS anyway. Some people with Windows phones got denied because they already had Microsoft apps installed of course. :p

Yeah, this is the worst of it here but its infected the whole website- it is truly tainting me soul. If I was ever dumb enough to have kids and unfortunate enough to have a girl, at least I would have material now to filter degenerate garbage boyfriends. So what do you think of huniepop? I didn't know who Melonpan was until a few days ago, and now I wish I never knew. He's insane and openly admits to screwing little fox dolls in the ass in some videos. And he's always having sex with those dakimakura. It's so creepy.
