Nope, only one online trophy and it is just playing a match.
the only thing worth boosting (if it counts) is throw escapes/reflection guards with an online pal. throw escapes are directional so even if your timing is on point you have a 50/50 chance of missing it. I think I've maybe gotten 2 out of the 50 so far. guards/reflection guards are just time consuming but doable against the cpu.

the game is a pretty good simple little fighting game, but the actual trophy list is more of a grind than I expected. it's good lunch vita fodder though.

I just noticed I have a favorite link to /. so I clicked it. Still there. Remember when slashdot was all the rage and slashdotting was a thing?
it was definitely all the rage with a vocal army of dyed in the wool nerds, but probably 90%+ of the world has no idea what it is. I didn't look at it for years and when I looked again recently it was shockingly the exact same thing - articles linking to nerd stuff with comments that were half trolls and half people talking about how they want to get linux pregnant behind the bleachers and microsoft is a monopolizing bag of dicks.

With the VVVVVV character being mentioned earlier, I was reminded and went to put the game into my wishlist. is this game not cross-buy? I see no mention of that. It's cheap ($8) so probably not, but would be nice if it was.
Appears that it's not cross-buy, which is pretty lame. 1001 Spikes is cross buy, but Binding of Isaac isn't, and with VVVVVV not being cross-buy it doesn't look like Nicalis is interested in having their games crossbuy anymore.

Also $8 isn't really cheap when you consider it's been $5 on Steam for years.

I mostly went there to post funny comments and seek the coveted '5 - Funny'.

Nothing a little flash sale can't solve.

was that only on psn for a year? I didn't know that was even a thing. there must be some annual charge to keep it listed or something.
Yeah it wasn't out for very long. Was put on the store on 9/30/2014. So probably lasted less than a year.

It had online co-op and they announced on steam that they were shutting down the servers. So they probably just delisted it, maybe the single player isn't good enough. It is delisted from Steam and PSN.

Dinky little $2 PS3 shooter called Ion Assault HD has also been delisted. Definitely would have grabbed that one if there was any notification about it being delisted.

I did not even know you had tried any sour beers before. I am just not sure about that combo. I might would give it a try. For me sours work best with a charcuterie or soft cheese plate. I am too cheap to spring for that unless I am at a brewery that primarily does sours though.

More MIA content.

LittleBigPlanet 1 Metal Gear Solid Level Kit doesn't seem to be available anymore.
Was that ever available as separate DLC? I thought it was part of the extended edition or whatever it was. I know that was how I got it. With that said, that version does not appear to be available on PSN as I would have expected.

real slashdot nerd rant, don't read

despite being one in a lot of ways I've never fit in very well with nerds of the slashdot variety.  I started my systems life as a linux hack.  I may or may not even have a couple very very small patches in mame/kernel/wine code (I think in most instances they were rejected or rewritten by someone though because I am lousy with programming - I just liked tinkering and found myself wanting to help fix stuff).  I had a lot more free time back then.  since then I've had a lot more variety in my professional life and anymore I avoid being on a computer outside of work as much as possible (mobile phone notwithstanding).  for some people this stuff is a life long passion but for me it's something I enjoy and a consolation prize that I could do it and make good money after I discovered music wasn't a viable career for me.

anyhoo, I've always found the stubbornness of the stereotypical slashdot nerd completely aggravating.  I think it's a side effect of being smart - once you realize you're smart you make the subconscious logical connection that any conclusion you come to must be right because you are smart. besides being a really weird conclusion, nerds are susceptible to groupthink just as much as any other person and because it's hard and time consuming to come up with well researched opinions on everything it's easier to find like-minded people (aka slashdot) and absorb their opinions and start spouting them as your own without much thought.  that's what a lot of people do in real life and that's not necessarily a bad thing at all.  but in this case it supports that stubbornness since it makes them even more right because not only do you as a smart nerd think it, but other smart people agree so you must be really really right.

the end result, at least in my experience, is that it's nearly impossible to have a real conversation with a slashdot type nerd about anything they have an opinion on.  in real life or on the internet.  that just doesn't jibe with my personality.  I like talking about pretty much anything and I always like being open to someone else's ideas even if I think they're terrible because sometimes some great stuff comes out of nowhere from anyone.  I believe that no one ever has the answers and that you never stop learning.  I believe in the concept of having beliefs that can change.  I like weird people.  I don't like arguing.  I believe in courtesy - even when I do think I'm the rightest thing that ever righted on planet right, I don't feel the need to be belligerent about it and I can't really understand that shit.  except in psnot because it's funny and we're all super best friends.

but that's how I remember slashdot.    just a bunch of nerd assholes that I shared a lot of beliefs with but couldn't stand.

I don't know, but I'm guessing you're right. Kind of crazy that they never made it available outside of the GOTY edition. Interesting, thanks.

You made the mistake of reading all the comments. I just liked slashdot for the nerd news. Just like any other site that revolves around nerdy topics, the comments section is typically full of keyboard cowboys who are too socially awkward to have a conversation with a human in person.

SMB: The levels for The Kid were brutal. I died many more times on the first level compared to the worse-looking second one.

I tried filtering to "funny", but in all but one article I looked at it turned up nothing at all. Waste of time.

Most of those uniforms look decent and would be cool to have as alts in Madden if they could figure out the licensing nightmare.

I think the Mavericks one might be my favorite.

I like the Pistons jersey. Makes me think the Giants should add some more red into their jerseys. Pacers and Warriors are nice too. Nuggets one is God awful even though I like their NBA jerseys.

it ended up being a net positive since I learned at a young age how to deal with those kinds of people. I've encountered more in real life than I would've liked and I think being able to deal with that sort of weird aggression has made my professional life a lot more successful than it would've been otherwise.

there was one guy I worked with who I never found a way to deal with though. at one point in the middle of the workday I walked over to him and smacked him as hard as I could on the back of the head because I just ran out of ideas.

My fav's of the mashups were the Suns, 76ers, Mavs, and Sonics.

Bucks/Packers one was too weird with the red.  Would've liked to seem them use the new color scheme.

The context was there from the beginning. I posted the twitch link above and said exactly what it was.
You mean this linkless post? CAG tries to embed Twitch links, so you probably should have put [url ] [ /url] around it.

Sega has a Yakuza 5 English stream running right now:

Guess it comes out soon?
