I'd join you guys in Helldivers (but not tonight), but I didn't get anywhere near as far as the rest of you. Don't remember my level, but it's not 30 or even close I don't think, and I'm missing lots of equipment. So not sure if you'd want me on your Horde mode team.

Depending on when the Double XP ends I'd be down to play with you if you wanna coop. I'm no where near 30 either, but wouldn't mind picking up the game again. I think I've got it downloaded on vita and ps4.

There's a reason my team is called "I Have No Idea What I'm Doing".

I just happened to check during the Patriots game and noticed I had a bunch of players with Bye weeks and huried to switch them. Usually I don't bother to change anyone week from week unless I happen to see that they're injured.

 
I don't think I'd be worried about being underleveled in helldivers, it doesn't matter.  everyone will suck anyways since none of us will have the reinforce sequence memorized anymore except probably cainiac.

It's weird but I've shyed away from most of the weapons except for my starter gun and like a launcher. Shotgun was smart though...gotta remember to utilize that stuff more.

I climbed to a roof and peaked over the edge headshotting with my sniper. Also had Quiet with me staged opposite of where I was doing the same. Took no time at all. Just have to move out of the random rock burst now and then and they will very rarely teleport up for a melee.

I actually watched a youtube video that someone did the same thing afterwards. That was smart.

It's weird with all the sports talk it just reminds me I don't have the want to watch sports gene for some reason. I mean I played plenty of sports throughout my childhood and high school, and was athletic enough to be at least above average in most sports. I love going to sporting events, tailgating, watching a game live. I get excited for the World Series, Superbowl, etc. but for some reason I just don't care to follow anything throughout a season anymore. Kind of always felt like I enjoyed playing sports way more than watching them.

Unfortunately I can't play tonight, so not sure I'm going to make the bonus XP. But tomorrow night would work if you don't mind playing without double XP.

I guess I chose the wrong building, because I tried to do that on one attempt and the Skulls kept getting right next to the building so I couldn't headshot them.

I was in the five-level stretch to finish Salt Factory (Dark World) without dying, then I died on a really easy level. fuck!

Watching a game live is definitely more fun than on TV most times. I'm kinda iffy on NFL games being that much better live, if only because of the cost associated with getting decent seats for most of those games. But either way, games are way better in a group setting at least.

 
supposedly lego marvel vita is ringing up $0.03 at toys r us now as salvage if you can find it.  my closest store had a couple copies a week or two ago so I might swing by and pick it up.

youtube video showed a guy running to a different building than the first one by the helicopter. He also used grenades when he couldn't shoot them.

 
It's hilarious how bad the Colts are freaking out right now. The owner is yelling at the GM. People are questioning if Andrew Luck is the right QB or if the Colts should have given him his big contract. It's obvious he's still not fully healthy, but some are ready to ship him out.

I liked the Colts a lot more when Manning was here, but I still don't mind them now. However, I do hate Jim Irsay. Such a douche.

 
I'm sure I missed it, but did people already get their tickets to Star Wars opening weekend?  The Alamo Draft house here is literally having showings for 24 hours from Thursday night till 12:45 Monday morning...  Bought tickets for Sunday morning.  Wife is a bit paranoid about me going to the opening night or Friday showings (After Aurora shootings) and I'm fine with going Sunday to put her at ease a bit.

 
So for laptop experts... is Lenovo the only manufacturer that makes budget laptops now that makes a decent touch pad mouse?  One with actual physical left and right buttons that are not just press down on the screen on the left or right side BS like a god damn Chromebook has.

As I mentioned, my laptop wont even work plugged in anymore so I have to get something new.  The way I use a laptop, I can not really use an external mouse that easily.  If I could, I would probably just get a cheap Chromebook since I mainly just web browse.

I would imagine most major manufacturers have at least one product line with physical buttons on the budget end. It at least seemed like it when I was looking a year ago, so my info is out of date. I have a lenovo yoga 2 though and it's pretty dope, physical buttons and all. I don't think I've been happier with a laptop.

Doesn't matter, I went from level 18 to level 21 in just a 2-3 hours. Level 12 missions give about 8-10k every 5 minutes or so. Just need the walkers and you are good.

Been to two NFL games in the last 3 years... hated it! WAY TOO MANY PEOPLE. And everyone is drunk off their asses. Like i've said before, I saw so many people walk up to the gates with a 12 pack of beer and then just start chugging before going in.

My favorite sport to watch in person is Hockey. The atmosphere and excitement can't be matched anywhere. And the arena here, there isn't a bad seat in the house. Plus I have found ways to get much cheaper seats seats to games, $22 for my favorite section, so not bad. Was just at the game on Saturday and it was sold out, which was a bit surprising. Was very loud and fun.

A few years ago when Cam's O-Line was garbage and Luck had all the time in the world, all the talking heads were talking about how much better Luck is than Cam. This year Cam has a competent O-Line and Luck's is garbage, and the conversation is reversed. Funny how that works.

Just like Kaepernick could do no wrong when he had that entire starting O-line of first and second round draft picks. Now he is awful.

That is why I have to give it to Tom Brady. Early on, he had a few really good linemen at least. Now... it is a bunch of fat dudes with a pulse it seems like. Somehow they just keep scoring a lot.

 
I changed my vote on the first set. Arkham Asylum is great, but it was ancient by the time we got it on Plus and I remember being disappointed that we got it. Spelunky is also great but it is crossbuy so I would have got it for free anyway.

Soccer is my current favorite sport in person. Supporters sections are insane in the best kind of way. Hockey is probably my second favorite as of right now, but the local team doesn't have the same kind of fanbase that I've seen a lot of other teams with, hopefully it picks up some because the games are a lot of fun. I want to get to an NHL game sometime, but I'd have to make a trip out to Chicago or Columbus for them.

Tom Brady is the greatest QB in history. Period. Not kidding. The dude wins with anyone. He the one that makes Belichick look like a genius.

 
Had a harder time with this set of voting. But the combo of  Rogue Legacy and Transistor ended up beating out Dust for me.

They could not do what they do without both of them I think. Just like the 49ers wouldn't have been what they were without Montana and Walsh. The game plans they come up with almost always seem to work even when it goes against conventional wisdom on what you would expect to work against a given team. They seem to be playing chess when everyone else is playing checkers. It seems like you have to have a severe advantage when it comes to personnel to beat them.

Dust and Guacamelee are some of my favorite recent games, but damn I really loved Rogue Legacy. Transistor was pretty solid too once you got past the slow opening.

and thanks ill check about gears. I just started and got in the blue ribbon and damn it got really tough.

Bioshock 2 was tough at the beginning but then it turns into easy mode. I harvested all the girls and did all gathers and just went crazy with bees/electricity/drill. I barely touched the weapons after 1/2 the game and just was plasmid crazy. Final 1/3 was super easy fun
