Meh, MS has so much cash they probably figure it wont hurt much to get as many X1 out there so they can try to dig into Sony's lead and get some people back to their system. I was watching some achievement videos for Syndicate and I liked the way they could search their achievements in game and it looked like they had some robust features there.

I finally got the Zombie Boy trophy after 5+ stress-filled hours (not consecutive), my heart is still pounding like a jackhammer, and my hands are still shaking. And I have two no-death worlds left.

This game is going to give me a heart attack.

No I have seen some of their acheivement features, and I'm like, why can't Sony do that... But I still don't like Achievements as much because of platinum :cool:

 
feeling that magicka slap, but it'll be nice to have more people playing it now. maybe i'll get back into it. dragon fin soup makes the month for me though. invizimals kind of sucks, since that's what i picked to get out of the re-blackout suit. if it's the vita version.

Really sticks out like a sore thumb to me. Why would they go back to a PSP game (and Invizimals at that?) since they haven't given one away since March 2014. I think it's a last minute filler game. Maybe replacing Poncho which I posted about earlier? Poncho does have a Vita version but it's not ready to go yet, maybe they thought it was and that was the 2nd Vita game for the month? Just speculation.

 
I guess I owe Vig an apology if we are getting a fucking PSP game.  I consider that a big change.  Would it have been that hard to just give us one of the 2 actual Vita versions of Invizimals?  I still might not have played it, but just because a PSP game can be played on Vita, it should not count.  Next thing we are going to start getting PS1 classics that are Vita compatible I guess.

So far still looking at Vizio 4K. At this point I will probably get a good deal since it doesnt look like I will be getting one until next year when new ones come out.

There's definitely something strange going on in whatever Sony department handles this stuff because there's been a decline in quality of both Plus lineups and PSN store sales over the past few months, and they seem to have been scrambling to get the last three months' Plus lineups finalized.

Quality is always going to be in the eye of the beholder. However, giving an older game that can be emulated on a newer platform is a load of shit. Even though I never played the PSP Ratchet game and I love the series, I don't think it should be in Plus just because it is something easy for them to give away.

I don't think we'll be able to pull the quality card if they bring back psp fighting games.
 
I think I'm going to start whitelisting websites I care about. But CAG gets revenue from referrals so I've got no problem blocking ads on here.

 
The Invizimals game sucks probably, but I don't think the quality of the Plus titles has been bad at all lately. I've gotten a lot of fun out of a bunch of them.

If I can get two games per month that I'm excited to play and would legitimately buy on sale than I call it a good month. 3 or more makes it a great month for me, 1 or 0 makes it a blah month.

There's two for me this month (Magicka 2 and Dragon Fin Soup) so I'd call this month good but not great. I legit would have checked out a Vita version of Invizimals, so when I thought it was a Vita game it made it a great month for me with 3 games.

Not interested at all in PSP games because of trophies, graphics, and because there are plenty of Vita games they could give us, even if it was a small indie. Not like they're running out.

tl;dr get that psp shit out of my Plus!

Correct, it meets none of that criteria, but if say they had made the first Trails of the Sky game the free game instead of putting it on sale because of the 2nd game's release, I would have been quite interested to try it. $5-6 is about the upper limit I'm willing to pay for a PSP game unless it's something I am really interested in playing (like Corpse Party).

I'm happy with my Vizio 43" 4K Tv. I just bought my Sqauretrade warranty so I'm covered for 5 years if anything was to happen. So far gaming on it looks really good. Finishing up the Unity plat and then going to play Until Dawn. You'll definitely get a good deal next year.
