I hate this game so much.

There's this 100 round battle you have to complete for the plat.  It saves every 25 rounds.  I just crashed on round 74.

Yea I remember giving up on that one level towards the end of the game for awhile. Eventually picked it back up and plowed through it. No joke on that campaign.
yeah storming the reichstag or something like that. it was just grenade grenade grenade and then when you ran they shot you up. I'm so glad they havnt had that much grenade spam in recent cods.

Had to de-nerf my character to make it through the last battles.   What a shame this port was so shitty.  If Darksiders 3 comes out I'm definitely waiting for the patches.

Well the original source was buggy as fuck too, even well after launch. I'm sure they hardly cleaned it up at all for the port. I was glitched out of my plat on the original about 4-5 hours after starting the game.

There's a couple folks in the thread that know about cars, right? I taught myself to drive a manual a while back and I always drop to neutral when I'm coming to a stop instead of downshifting. Are there any negative ramifications to that?

Downshifting to slow down wears your gears out instead of your brakes. I think brakes are cheaper then gears, so you did good.

Probably don't know what I'm talking about.

I'm all chatty because I'm stuck at Ikea waiting for a replacement sofa arm. I should've brought my vita. Only 33 more smb dark world levels until I can do whatever the real end is! Except now they're all hard as balls so I don't see progress going so quickly.

You probably heard how hackers got into database with SSNs, etc of federal employees? Mine was in there. I signed up for the free identity theft protection and credit monitoring and so far no alerts for me. You can also add your kids, so I added ours and one of our kids shows that there's some alert. I'm currently on hold to talk to a specialist and find out what this is all about. Starting wait time was 90 minutes. Down to 30 now. Ugh.

You win.

Pretty sure this is accurate. The only exception is mountain driving. Then you want to use your transmission in a lower gear on the downhill sections. If you ride your brakes all the way down they can crystallize and will then not work at all. That is the reason they have those runaway truck areas. They are for stopping the hard way when you don't have brakes.

Keep going!!!

Sucker.

Finally got through and it turns out it's more than likely a false positive from him signing up for a Patreon account, which it thought was related to a hacker group called something something something shitposting team. Weird. But good news I guess?

Cosmic Star Heroine is going to be on that Limited Run program, where a limited amount of retail versions are printed. Not really sure which console or anything, but if it was on PS4 that's something I might consider getting. That game looks sweet.

Ok how the hell do you get 50% with the stupid TacoBell app.  Tried it tonight I guess the promo is over?

App is horrible BTW.  Guess they never heard of a search function.  Already uninstalled.

Don't do it. I don't want to A+ everything in cotton alley and then beat dark world versions of them.
Don't worry, you're not in any real danger. I got frustrated half way through the dark salt levels and managed to eke past the first 6 or so in dark hell before I wanted to castrate myself. vig will have severe arthritis before 35 confirmed.

That's exactly how I read the review too. Sounds exactly like Fallout 3. Not good for me but should be really good for those that love the series.

There's actually an embargo on this one til Tuesday so I can't say much, but after putting a bit of time into Kromaia I'm surprised how much I'm enjoying it!

Just played the first ep of Tales from the Borderlands. Went in with no expectations or knowledge of the characters/story, came out happy. Pretty fun so far.

Just played a couple games of The Rivals of Catan. It's a 2-player card game based on Settlers (obviously).

I've never played Settlers, but this game was pretty damn fun. Once you get past the convoluted rule book, it's pretty easy to understand how to play and operate.

I recommend it for complicated/card game fans.

At Biltmore with the family for a weekend getaway. Every time I turn around, I see Packer fans. My son keeps saying 'Go Packers!' to all of them. I wonder how many are going to the game tomorrow.

I didn't see any of the Carolina / Tennessee game, but I read that UT tried to give another one away. Looks like we fumbled going for the tie/win. At least the team hasn't thrown in the towel even if the seasons gone in the crapper record-wise.

And c'mon FSU. The one time a year I root for you, and you let me down. Effing Clemsux!

If your not 100% confident in your downshifting skills, dropping it into neutral when coming to a stop is definitely the way to go. Not only can you wear out a clutch with improper downshifting, but you can also mess up the transmission. To do it properly, you have to rev-match the engine RPMs to the gear you're downshifting into, and that takes practice. It's much cheaper to replace brake pads than a clutch or transmission.

My previous truck was a manual that I drove for 15 years and I could downshift in my sleep, but I would still drop it into neutral when coming to a stop more times than not.

Also, the number one thing you don't want to do with a clutch is ride it; nothing wears out a clutch quicker. Engage it to change gears, and then release it until your ready to use it again.
