If you sent them to Amazon, I would definitely expect complications. The trade-in value has tanked and they have completely stopped taking the game in trade on some platforms. I have seen their vendor reject multiple copy trades in situations exactly like this.

Got my order of a Magma Red PS4 controller today, took a week and this is how it came....wish I waited and just paid $40 for a regular black one at Best Buy lol.

Just got an email from Jet about how they are going to miss my delivery window which they already updated and pushed back 5 days lol. This order is cursed.

 
You guys should look up the litany of customer issues this company has on resellerratings.com, it's horrid. consumeraffairs.com is equally horrible. This is a super duper sketchy company, and yes mangled up packages are a constant theme, among odd charges, delivery issues, and more. buyer beware.

 
Just picked up the DS4 Anniversary Controller for $31.53! Currently its listed for $47.24. I got free shipping and no taxes in CA. I was able to use the Save15now coupon for $15 off. Also, used a debit card for 1.5% off. That's about $.45 additional savings.

I got a part of my order today, but the tracking number provided was for another item in my order. I'm hoping they just switched the tracking numbers by mistake and I don't get a double. The item came in perfect condition though (Darth Vader Infinity figure).

Mine looked pretty similar when it came in the mail today. It was a black DS4 that I bought for $24 from Jet. Can't complain for me though b/c it was for myself and got it pretty cheap.

I ordered mine on 12-04.  Still no package.  Every time I check the tracking, it gets pushed back a day.  Should've just bought one for $40 on black Friday...  I will update when it gets here.

 
Does the controller work? Are you going to find any use for the box? if the controller works and you found a steal of a deal, then don't worry about the packaging.

99% of us throw it out any way. so who cares.

I mostly agree, although it can look a little trashy if you're giving it as a gift if the box is mangled.

It's an experiment to see how jet works. I'll save cc for the end. They did give me credit for the promo code discount, which was somehow more than it should have been, so i rebought GTA from them for a grand total of $20. Let's see if it works this time. Because of the Amex offer, sending saints row back would possibly lose me some $$$. Might be easier to keep it and flip it then trust them to not mess up the return.

It didn't tell me who was fulfilling it until after I bought it.

Mine was fulfilled by "Limited Goods".

I googled Limited Goods, and it's riddled with complaint after complaint. Who knows what is going to show up in my mailbox. It's been almost 2 weeks since I ordered it, still no package.

Naturally, if it's a gift that's a different story altogether but from the majority of posts in this thread, people have bought it for themselves. I mean I am willing to buy Last of Us PS4 the disc itself without casing if I can find it for $20 or less. I am not too concerned with box and all that stuff, just give me the damn game or peripheral in 100% working condition.

TRU shipped to me within a day of placing my Jet.com order. Having said that, they also appear to have shipped from a relatively local TRU store as opposed to a distribution center, so the packaging had a bit of shelf wear.

 
sorry if this has been discussed but are most CAGs being honorable and actually being first-time customers to jet and not reusing the first time code on multiple accounts without penalties?

My controller finally arrived after 2 weeks.  Everything was in mint condition, no issues with packaging.  Controller works perfect.  If it's worth saving $15, I'd say give it a whirl!

 
Anyone know how long it takes Jet to pricematch?  Would be nice to get Xenoblade Chronicles X for $35.

EDIT:  It's sold out on Amazon at $50.  Guess they won't be pricematching that anytime soon.

Was going to get one, but 2 weeks is a lot.
 
I order almost everything online and never had a problem until i ordered from jet, I ordered a soundbar december 3 and it finally shipped december 9, tracking # given was for an item headed to california. I emailed them and they said it was a recycled tracking # but was told it did ship and they would email a new tracking #. Over a week later still no tracking # or product. Not a good start for a new company.

well the site now says not guaranteed by 25th, unless 2 day shipping is used because delays.

Been waiting for mine to ship for 2 days,but sometimes it ships and they give you tracking late.

Honestly expecting to to arrive past Christmas -_-

Honestly who knows.

Last stuff I ordered was shipped out like 2-3 days.

Sigh. They sent me the wrong item. I'm a tad bit upset, but it's not worth returning. I'll probably just sell it on Ebay. Sent me a Vader infinity figure when it was supposed to be another character. I already received Vader from the same order.

They just gave me credit on my account for the inconvenience. Now the problem is all of these codes are for first time customers only. I may just have to make a new account again and get something else with that credit
 
So what's the word on making new accounts? I love my white DS4 and would like to order another. Is there any trick to not getting flagged/banned/cancelled?
