Does anyone have any experience with the Blues and Bullets - ep. 1 & 2 Bundle? I'd never even heard of this series before this weeks sales. It seems like a mix of the wolf among us and LA Nior.

I'd love to hear if anyone has played it, it's on sale for $7.19 .
So I just finished playing the first episode, I can say I'm looking forward to the next episode. The game is a budget game, I don't say that as a knock, but expect blurry textures, PS3 looking character models, visual tricks (the camera always pans up when you use stairs, thus no animation had to be made), and cover it all in black, white and red.

Opposed to my first thoughts, the game is like the time period and atmosphere of contrast (one of the first PS+ games when the ps4 launched), mixed with the wolf among us. The story is a slow start, but picks up pretty quickly. You have dialogue choices and reaction choices that give you stats at the end like a telltale game. It took me about 2 hours to finish, and made me extremely curious where they are going with this story. You also study clues to form a timeline of what happened.

So with all that, I'd recommend it if your into these type of games. The price is right and it tells a decent (let me still say budget, if animation and graphics are a sticking point for you then this won't be your game) story.

I played LEGO Marvel for a bit and it is not really my kind of game. I decided to continue with the MGS V platinum. I am closer in trophies now, but still have a ton of work to do. S ranking all missions and completing all tasks will take a long time to do. I went through to see how good I was when I beat the game and I have maybe like 10 at most missions where I had either S rank or all tasks ( out of 50 ).

So this is the cheapest the GTA trilogy has been on PS4? I thought it was less, but I think I need to wait, they will just go in the backlog.

I think I am going to buy it on friday after the flash sale items are posted just in case

It'll get cheaper before I play it but some games I don't mind snagging up at a decent price

Trilogy on ps4 sounds worthy of my 17 bucks just for all the great memories I have of III and Vice City

//

I do wish it included vice city stories though it looks like that'll cost me another 6 bucks

Eh only one random dude on twitter has said this. Will wait to see if anyone else reports it.
That "random dude" is a pretty well known insider.

He leaked the Andromeda gameplay and recently leaked the God of War 4 is going Norse.

Picked up shovel knight last week, well worth it. I wanted physical, but I can't say no to cross buy, it's so perfect for the vita. Axiom Verge looks great, again another perfect vita game, the price is a bit steep for me right now though. I've been splurging like crazy lately, so I have to talk myself out of the GTA PS4 collection.... Though at that price that makes each game $5.83 each. Surely the GTA games are worth that price. Lol why is it so easy to say id buy each game at that price but when I see $18 it seems like a lot. My brain definitely does not function correctly.

Thanks again, bud!

If anyone is interested, I'm selling a R&C Quest for Booty code for $2.

I am talking myself out of the same purchases. I have to think the trilogy will hit $10.99 and Axiom Verge will go $9.99 soon.

Mini PS Vue update:

Still super happy with the quality of the service at the price and have picked up a Fire TV stick so I'm not killing the life span of my consoles to watch TV.  This has actually been the biggest downside to the service so far personally.  Much like with the PS3 the quality of the actual video is exactly the same but it is by far the slowest to run the UI.  The controller is also lacking in buttons comparatively so there's no easy way to save programs or channels and no direct access to the guide which the whole thing is really built around.  Not sure why you need to have the center button also play/pause instead of bringing up the guide.  Overall it works but clearly the best overall experience is PS4 > PS3 > Fire TV Stick, the Fire TV is faster and probably slots in between the PS3 and Stick.

Also while switching from hockey playoffs to Comedy Central just now I noticed that I now have the local Fox, NBC and CBS channels as well!  This is a pleasant surprise and if they add ABC then all the better!

I'm loving PS Vue as well. Also using fire stick in bedroom and it is much slower than ps3/ps4 but if you have all your shows saved already and just use the fire stick to watch TV it's pretty solid. Can bring up guide with option button then going up to the top section where the guide is but having a button for it would have been nice. I find myself using trending and recommended live TV more on the fire stick since it's faster. I don't have cbs, nbc or fox live yet in my area unfortunately. For $35 a month this is a no brainer in my opinion, be aware though it does draw from your psn wallet so if you're saving some credit it will use that before charging your card.

Best way I've found to "quickly" get to the guide is go to guide and select the channel and then you can hit back and it will take you back to guide. It's still slow though and only works if you went to guide previously. It's all perfectly workable just not as good as the other two.

The drawing from the wallet is a huge plus for me since you can use the various promotions on PSN money that pop up and then stack it with various rewards programs and cash back to make each month even cheaper.

Just want to chime in and say I love Vue as well..  I had a weird thing where I was watching shows that said "catch up" or "on demand" that were jumping around to different spots in the shows and was pretty much unwatchable.. also those lock out fast forwarding and rewinding on some channels which also is unwatchable.. but all of this is remedied once you favorite a show and it gets the "dvr" tag.

I opted for the $45 package cause Sprout is in that package, but I don't think I can justify $15 for one channel so I'm probably going to the $30 package after this month of service is up.

It is also great that you can login to channel specific apps like nick jr and use those apps on devices that don't have Vue on them yet, though I'm considering getting a couple Fire TV's (not stick due to performance) for the rest of the house.. basically all in on this service as it is fantastic.  Side note, it takes from your PSN wallet so if you can get PSN credit on the cheap, it makes the service that much cheaper.  Take a couple of slow shipping options for the credit on Amazon and you can cut it down even further.

As someone who used SlingTV, Vue makes Sling look like a joke.. every bit worth the extra $10, such a great service.

To be fair I have had that exact same problem with on demand from Comcast and with shows on Hulu. Now if only Vue let us prepay for a discount or a credit towards a streaming device.

I decided to try out Vue just for the NBA playoffs and it's been great. No buffering or skipping. I gave Sling TV a shot twice and both times it was buffering for long periods and then skipping ahead which is real annoying when you're watching a basketball game and you've just missed minutes of the game everytime it does it.

I'm also on the Vue train and am liking it so far, though we primarily use it on the PS3 and it is just so much slower to use than the PS4.  It really is tough to beat for value, though, and we plan to keep the service for the foreseeable future!

I doubt that I have my local channels yet, but I'll have to check as I didn't realize anyone had them yet!
