I have Beyond Two Souls
Bully
and Rogue Galaxy in my cart.
I'm actually trying to attempt to clear out my backlog so I'm trying to be good by limiting myself to just one purchase.

Which would you guys recommend?
I've never played any of the three but they are all games I've wanted to play at one point.
Bully. You'll get a lot of play time out of it. It's like GTA for kids, and it includes a lot of fun mini-games in addition to the missions. I also enjoyed the humor.

360 version of bully is the definitive version. ps2 versions not very good.

Brick Breaker - $9.99 (Vita)
PS4 — Digital

Brick Breaker, the classic arcade game, is back with a breathtaking new version. Its explosive gameplay — unique and timeless — is filled with surprises. Sharpen your reflexes and precision to overcome the hundred different levels that await you. Collect bonuses, avoid traps, and shoot your way to victory.

If they can't be bothered to come up with any more creative name, I doubt I can be bothered spending money on it.

Rogue Galaxy would get you the longest game, but I don't know if that appeals to you.

Megatagmension is dropping the 26th Digital.. and May 10th Physical?
I'm thinking that's an error. Maybe the press codes are going live on the 26th?

Loud on Planet X is a pretty cool rhythm game. It's a mix of Patapon and Plants vs Zombies as you defend your lanes from invading aliens by tapping the corresponding buttons in rhythm with the music and the flashing edge of the screen for added visual aid. The music is mostly indie rock and a couple hip hop acts with the only bands I knew of before playing it was Chvrches, Metric, and Teagan & Sara. There are 14 bands with two songs each that gives it a good amount of music in there for a $7.19 game for PS+ people, though there aren't leaderboards or anything else in there at the moment to maybe offer some more replay value.

I would say Rogue Galaxy if you're picking one because it's probably the least likely of the three to have another sale soon.

Hopefully you have trophy stains from it.

Just as an FYI. This is also out on iOS and Android for $3.99 if anyone wants it on the go. Sounds like it's exactly the same (but touch based, of course).

I'm not familiar with golden sale is it both xbox and psn? I believe I have heard talk in both threads about it

What type of sale is it? and if any of you make any pee jokes urine for a bad time

I bought the GTA Trillogy for my PS4 and I recently had a chance to play it. While playing GTA 3 I've noticed really bad frame rate drops, pop in, and lag to the point where the game is unplayable. Does anyone have a fix for it? Also, do any of the other classics lag as bad as this game?

There are several national holidays in a single week in Japan and this is called Golden week, often PSN does a sale on games to celebrate. For an example here is the sale for 2015.

I don't remember Xbox ever doing it but I could be wrong. Its a Japanese thing, golden week. Starts on the 29th.

We usually get some good Japanese game sales during that week. I have $100 saved up myself

PS plus announcement should be on Wednesday for the May 2016 free games. Rumors say it's 2 Ubisoft games, Watch Dogs and Tetris Ultimate.

Hopefully some good sub $5 games for the Golden Week sale.

If PSN+ freebie is Watch Dogs then that should be a AAA game like people have been clamoring for... not that it'll necessarily satisfy anyone.

Really hoping for a good price on Tales of Zestiria tomorrow, if there is in fact a golden week sale, and if that even ends up being a part of sale. Been wanting to try that one out for awhile now. Come on $19.99!!!

Ooh, Demon's Souls was part of the sale last year. That means I can unreasonably get my expectations up that Bloodborne (+DLC/Complete) might go on sale for Golden Week. There's no way that won't happen, right? I'll just bank on it, and in no way be horribly disappointed when it doesn't happen.

I don't remember this coming up in here before, but apparently the discount you could get on the Heavy Rain remaster for owning Beyond: Two Souls, expired about a month after release, with no notice beforehand that I can tell. HR was going for $10 if you already owned Beyond, putting it in line with the $40 for the two pack (compared to $30 for each individually).

Beyond was just on sale this weekend for $12 - and must have been on sale before, though I don't remember for how much, as I own it and wouldn't have spent $30 - so hopefully HR will be on sale sometime within the first six months for a similar price. I didn't pick up HR when it released as Sony made no mention of the discount being limited, and the initial reviews were not promising.

I'm with you. I couldn't care less about Hyper Neptunia School Days Rock Opera X2-13: Extra Energy Escapades and the like.

It saddens me that when you hear "Japanese games", you think of Neptunia. You could at least think of Metal Gear Solid, which was also in the sale last year

Yeah, I wonder why that's the first game that came to mind? There are tons of games that start with 'Tales' and end with -ia. Either way, I couldn't give a hoot about that anime-esque stuff.

Just my opinion.

I went straight there because Ive been waiting for a good sale on this game for awhile. And the only reason why I think it might be a part of this sale (if there is sale) is because there were quite a few Tales games on sale last year.

Really? Mario would be part of a Golden Week PLAYSTATION sale? Sweet!
