Heh, whatever its flaws, Metacritic does fulfill its purpose from time to time.  I was curious about AereA, but this critic quote from the Ps4 version says it all:

"It is a game that sets a low bar for its gameplay and then fails to hurdle it. It is hard to tell what, exactly was the goal of developer Triangle Studios when they developed this game, which is far too simple and repetitive to compete with any action RPG produced in the past 20 years. What is easy to conclude, however, is that AereA is not good, and regardless of your interest level in action RPGs or classical music, you will likely not enjoy it."

I got a Linksys AC1750 and have been really happy with it. Have a 3500 sq foot house and great coverage all around.
 
Need to get another external hard drive for my Xbox.  Too many updates on games have left me with no more memory at the moment.  Am considering any external between 4 and 8 TB.  Does anyone have any suggestions on externals?  I usually use Western Digital, but there's an 8 TB Seagate external that is very reasonably priced on Amazon that is tempting.  Any thoughts?  Thanks in advance for any advice.

If I got the Forza Horizon 2 Ultimate - 10th Anniversary Edition (although I haven't played it yet), what do I miss if I don't get this? I'm just thinking that if I buy the other dlcs not included in the bundle I may get them cheaper than the discounted price

I have an aversion to Seagate. All I've ever used is Western Digital and one time, just one time I rolled the dice on a Seagate on like a Black Friday special or something. I probably have about 7 or 8 external hard drives. Guess which drive died on me and I lost 4 TB of data?

Never again for me.

IDK, I like Gears a lot but if all you are interested in is the single player I would probably wait till I had a free month of Game Pass. The MP I think is very much hate it or love it. I enjoyed playing it when it came out but haven't gone back to it too much. If you aren't going to play the MP much I think I would pass at $16. Especially with it being on Game Pass.

Yea I think I would definitely only be interested in the single player never liked the multiplayer of the gears games. That's not a bad idea kinda forgot it was on gamepass. I think I'll get Hollow Knight

This came up about 6 months ago and I shared that the only drives I've had fail me are Seagate drives. About 5 other people responded with similar stories. Obviously a WD can theoretically fail, too, but after my ~3rd Seagate drive died, I swore off the brand too.

For what it's worth, i've never had a Seagate drive fail, but have had a WD fail after less than a year. It's one big crapshoot.

I agree, even tho I've had about the opposite experience. With either brand, I recommend replacing them once the warranty is up. The internal bearings wear out (depending on use) in 3-5 years.

With EA, I think it's not if, but when, for EA Access. They've supported BC possibly the most out of any 3rd party publisher, in large part because it expands their offering for EA Access.

It's only an EA game by the way of they published it, like Kingdoms of Amular or Rock Band off the top of my head. That said the licensing rights for the soundtrack to Brutal Legend would have seemed like an issue to even get it in BC so who knows.
