Best Buy has the version of Anthem with all the dlc for $10 on PS4 and Xbox One. That DLC is $10 by itself on PSN, so it's like getting the game for free. Which it should be by now, honestly.

My XB1S order from Target still isn't updating from processing. It's so frustrating. I ordered it Friday morning online and it was in stock most of the day. The stuff I ordered on Thanksgiving night already got delivered.

Let's see.

It's the weekend, a time when normally orders don't get processed or shipped.
The holidays have started so usually that means delays.
You ordered it 2 days ago, on a weekend (see point 1).
You ordered on Black Friday, Cyber Monday is tomorrow, and people tend to know these are the busiest shopping days of the years so delays are expected.

Lastly, at least wait 1 business day.

Chill dude, I'm just posting to see if anyone else had a different experience and if I should be looking elsewhere to get the bundle. I'm concerned because somehow I ordered and received other items on Thanksgiving and in 2 days but the Xbox bundle went out of stock Friday and sold out almost immediately at every local store.

I worked retail during the chaos but got the opportunity to grab deals and specials off the clock. Ended up grabbing the following:

Target:

$15 Crash Team Racing: Nitro-Fueled

$15 Resident Evil 2

$25 Control

Best Buy:

$40 Xbox One Controller Patrol Tech

Glad I got some earnings and did not go crazy grabbing specials like years prior.

Petco, not sure if the deal is still active though. It was on that site that starts with slick and ends with deals. Lol

Any where still have Mario Rabbits Kingdom Battle. My local Target was sold out when I went there yesterday and it seems like the target website, amazon, and Bestbuy website both are sold out too.
I would try your local Best Buy store. They still are priced at $15.

Best Black Friday ever, got like 10 games, XB1S for my kids, bunch of 4k movies. My Bills beat the Cowboys.

But the best deal was almost 400lbs of cat litter for $66 and a $10 gc. lol
That should last a day or two.

I must have not seen it. Might be over. Petco?

Anywhere I can still get Yooka Laylee for $15 or $20?
Not currently, Gamestop had it for $14.99/$9.99 and Amazon matched for a while but as soon as Gamestop changed their price Amazon did. BB also had the Switch version for $20 but that apparently only lasted through Saturday.

I used to love physical. Had all the collectors editions and all of that but it was taking up so much space. Plus do to my job I transfer every 3 years or so and it became a pain. So I just stopped and went all digital. Plus the other reasons I state it make it perfect for me.

If you have the space I totally understand collecting physical games.
I don't have the space for it either, but I also like to have the physical media because you never know what will happen to digital services down the line. So I bought a few of those portable DVD binders that hold ~150 discs, put all the game discs in them and chucked out the cases, manuals, inserts, maps, posters, etc. Using this method you can fit 1000+ games in a single box which makes moving fairly painless.

Yup, had to do this with all the 360 games I bought this summer from GS that all came with yellow sleeves. Spent about $80-$90 on 25+ games that I dont know if I'll ever play but its nice to always, regardless of what happens, have the ability to play them. Disc binder definitely comes in handy.

Only thing I still needed from my BF/CM list was a spare Dualshock 4 controller. Really wanted Electric Purple, but after seeing it in person it was kind of a letdown. I was browsing around Walmart and I saw they had the discontinued Copper ones in stock so I grabbed that. Now my Death Stranding one doesn't have to get abused lol.

If anyone is still awake or even gives a crap at this point...

Target Cyber Monday - 15% off all PS4 and XB1 games.  It stacks with the stuff that is still on sale at the Black Friday prices.

Games on sale:

Playstation 4

Xbox One

I've thought about doing this but haven't gotten to throwing out all inserts and case art. Will probably go about doing that before the year is done.

And now I go through the entire rigmarole of returning/reordering items just to save an extra $3.

Everybody is buying stuff... All I have is GT Sport for $5 after trading in Monster Hunter.. And still have $20 on PSN just sitting there.

$6 savings on the two games I got...but I paid for those with merchandise credit in-store that couldn't be used online, no point to return and then pay out of pocket.

That's funny, I never would have considered a purple controller but I stumbled on one and thought it was stunning. Close tie with the Steel Black for me.
It looked cool, but I saw it next to the Rose Gold and I thought the Rose Gold had a little nicer finish, maybe the metallic vs matte. I was actually about to grab the RG before I saw the Coppers sitting on the shelf. The purple was cool, but I thought it looked a little nicer in pictures online. It also reminded me a little bit of my old Gamecube controller haha.

How does the Titanium Blue DualShock look in person? Thinking about that one.
It looks really good in person, I've seen it at several different GS stores. It's just the right shade of metallic blue that's easy on the eyes. I may get one soon to go with my Electric Purple, Red Camo, and Crystal DualShocks.

Walmart has added a extra controller to the Xbox One s & x Fallen Order bundles. $199 & $349 respectively. Makes the S bundle a pretty great deal imo.

I can't believe bestbuy had their best deal on xbox with an added $30 GC prior to black friday/cyber monday.  It's not like they are even sold out now.

So I ordered 5 Blu-Rays and a Roku Ultra from Best Buy as soon as they were available for their Black Friday prices on Wednesday, 11/27.
I did Store Pickup for the Roku Ultra (got it yesterday) and I got an e-mail saying all 5 movies shipped on 11/28.

The tracking never updated over the weekend but I just assumed they were backed up with orders and figured it'd all ship out on Monday.

However, I just got 3 e-mails stating that my 'return was complete' and I'd been refunded for the movies!? What the hell...

First they kill GCU without warning, then they don't bother with Elite early access this year, and now they're randomly cancelling orders after they ship? Ugh.

I think I'm pretty much done with Best Buy at this point.

That sucks. I don't shop at BB much during the year but for BF, I've always gone to BB for most of my shopping. For me at least, their website and service, whether in store or online, have been excellent. They also tend to have good inventory.

Target and BB are probably neck and neck for me, though BB usually has a small edge. Definitely prefer them to Amazon in every way.

Yeah, it's honestly baffling. I've been Elite (or Elite Plus) at Best Buy for the last 4 years and never really had any issues.

The most irritating part is that everything I ordered was still in-stock and on sale through yesterday's Cyber Monday sale so I could've easily re-ordered it had they notified me of this BS a day earlier. Oh well.

I'm not a fan of how best buy doesn't work out some portable register situation for black Friday. I went at 4pm on friday and the line was half way around the store because they only have 4 registers. Luckily I was doing an in store pick up.

Amazon's Black Friday shtick every year is they "sell out" of all their games really really quickly, but magically they all come back in stock 24 hours after sales end.
Just out of curiosity, I checked to see if Red Dead Redemption 2 was available on Amazon yet, since I had been waiting all week for them to price match with Best Buy so I could use my Amazon credit. Of course, Amazon had completely "sold out" before the price ever took hold. Now the day after sales end, RDR2 is conveniently back in stock. What a bunch of scumbags.

I get it though. While I never go until 3-4 hours later when the lines aren't an issue, I presume BB has plenty of issues with shoplifters so self-checkout would only worsen the problem.

Also, although I too like self-checkout, I'm also of the mind that those things are automating and eliminating jobs for people, so I'm okay with BB keeping real people at checkouts. I'm crazy, I know.

Yeah, I imagine self check out would be hard for them. I guess what I meant to say was temporary registers that are run by an employee. A lot of the best buys near me have 2 entrances with 4 registers at one of them and just a loss prevention employee at the second one.

It may have just been the location I was at because I placed my second in store pick up order at a different location that I went to less than an hour later and there was next to no one in line. The first location could have been like the first pick up line I was in, there were only 4 pick ups in front of my but each order had 2-4 people in line.

I sent a game to a friend, and his order never showed up for him.
After a week and a half, tracking updated to show it had been returned, and I was refunded.

Turns out, I accidentally had a one letter typo in his last night. Stopp was spelled Etopp, as an example.

Was surprised they still couldn’t/didn’t deliver it, as I would’ve thought the delivery company could’ve figured it out.

Did you by chance have any typos in your name or address? (I assume not, but, worth a look.)

You're probably right about it being the store. There's one BB a bit farther away that often sends cancellations for pick ups even when the site suggests there are 2-3 left. I would sometimes reserve there only because it's on the way back from work but have stopped doing that there and will just swing by to find the items sitting on the shelf. Overall, though, that store is the exception. Even then, in general their in store, on floor service reps are very helpful.
