Don't know if anyone made the same mistake as I did, but I completely forgot TRU would be having extended holiday hours. Got there at 10 (normal opening time) and got 2nd to last MYY. Keep this in mind going forward through the holidays!!

Mays Landing was showing none in Stock but an employee went to check anyway and brought one out for me! Not sure how many were in stock. It is notable that not only does it have 2011 date on the back, but the 3ds shown in the picture is an OG one. No trace of XL or New3DS like reprinted amiibo...

Just was in the Mays Landing, NJ store yesterday and didn't see any.. but guess I'll go back again today and check! I need a Starfox64 reprint as I lost mine on the Patco a few years back :..(

He was up on Target with the rest. Oddly enough, he already shipped for me even though none of the others have.

I second being on vacation .. stinks that if we're preordering in store we can't get it shipped back to our home address.

This is the first amiibo release I will not be sitting outside one of my.stores down in Mays Landing, NJ.. with the reported numbers around the country being what they are, I figured it wasn't worth taking off my last day of school summer camp for it. Mom said she would go to Best Buy for me...

Kinda nervous about the packaging of this Palutena already on the way from Amazon... Mainly because there's really no backup plan... Here's to hoping for the best (and maybe having allies with people who open theirs and would be willing to exchange one with messed up cardboard for a pristene one)

Very surprising that Pit is STILL up and available for purchase from Walmart. I had preordered one from Amazon before the chaos began, but since I have never seen him on a shelf, I have to take a shot that this will go through!

I appreciate everyone throwing temper tantrums.. but I was hoping someone had an answer to my question from before: Is Palutena getting the release July 31 too? If so, then waiting outside BBY ain't so bad.
