Without reading this thread, I also decided to pick up Etrian Odyssey Untold.  Seeing how it was on sale again, I finally booted up the demo to give it whirl.  I was amazed that I was able to spend around two hours with the demo and immediately picked it up.  Needless to say, I haven't...
