Sony won't do this for a few reasons. It would kill the PS4 in Japan and they don't have the infrastructure for it like MS does. They'll just leave it up to the publishers.
Does the double system credit last all day or was it supposed to be like a doorbuster? Stuck at work for a few hours but I might go unload some stuff later.
Before game release: Get this super awesome pre order DLC only at Gamestop
After game release: Gamestop and used games are the devil
I would say that they do realize this but want to have their cake and eat it too. Still not convinced that these passes even do anything.
Kind of ridiculous when the dashboard has more ads than ever. Up yours MS.
EDIT: Also, if this is related to ESPN then it really sucks because I have Time Warner and won't even be able to use it.
All of those people you mention already have a 200 dollar Wii Sports machine that comes with the ability to play awesome Nintendo games as a bonus. Why will they run out and buy a kinect? Microsoft priced this right out of the very market they are going after.
MS will most definitely sell a few...
I'm not worried about this at all. Kinect has zero chance of being the next big thing. There is a lot of reasons for this but I am sure most of them were already covered in this thread.
I skip all games that do this kind of stuff. Plenty of games to play that don't try to piss on my rights.
Edit: Also this screws over multiple users in the same household. So far on PS3 all of these codes have only been good for one EA account. What about families that share a console? Sorry...
