Good deal on the Force Awakens. Heard the levels aren't *that* great but at bare minimum it's a decent price for Finn and Rey.

Was pleasantly surprised by my local gamestop's selection on the buy 2 get 3 free sale, got 2 amiibo (splatoon boy, mario 30th anniversary), and 3 infinity figures (boba, darth, sam flynn).  As for their "sale prices" today, I guess they're hoping to trick people into buying before the prices...

Yeah, pretty meh, that sort of deal was happening before they discontinued. I'd wait for at least 40% off.

I know this whole thing is for kids but I'm kinda baffled that there's going to be a Finding Dory game. I hope Disney figures out the goldmine they have and has another dev do a fully featured kart racer and smash bros game. It's too obvious.

This one seems destined to be $30 on Black Friday somewhere.

It's good if they end up adding more amiibo functionality to games, but so far, blah.

Just to be clear, when Gamestop says the Wave 3 amiibos are "in stock", it's referring to preorders...

Also a Target was very close so I think those people started there, may or may not have had success, and then walked to Best Buy to wait on that line. Still waiting on shipping confirmation from Newegg, getting uneasy.

Checked in on Best Buy in Jersey City. Apparently people had started lining up at 6 am, and at least 20 were there by the opening at 10 am. They had four amiibos total: one Mega Man and three of another (I forget which). It's like 5 degrees right now. Brutal.

They screwed up about the 2/1 release date. I got in touch more to make sure that they'd actually be shipping once the real release date hits (tomorrow).

For those of you who pre-ordered Wave 3 via newegg, I just talked to a rep who said they'll be shipping in the next couple of days. We'll see!
