Hi has anyone ever ordered the 4000 points card from them if so how long did it take for you to get it because mine has been stuck on processing for a week now.

I just tryed calling to cancel my club rewards and the person said that i wasn't signed up for it because in the terms and conditions for grant every day it said that you don't get signed up for it unless you get a call from a my club rewards rep and agree to signing up. Can anyone verify this?

I also just did grant every day and from what I see you have to call 2 numbers to cancel one for grant every day and the other for my home rewards which is another offer that you are signed up for. Hopefully i get credited today or tomorrow and don't have to wait for an mcr.

It does say wait 10 business days (2 weeks) for your mcr so after the 14th day if you dont have the credit then send them a support ticket and ask why its not credited. For me personally iv always had better luck with support tickets then emails with trainn.

They need some new offers to do that are good ones and good offers to me are you don't receive something and have to ship it back to the company.

Heres my breakdown I ordered GH:A on Sep. 16 said it was shipped on the 17th I didnt believe that until i recieved it on the 22nd and the best part of all is it came from amazon.

Also, I believe the Your Savings Club is $1 for a month trial, but I'm not 100% on that. The 1$ is refundable according to them, it says it is a processing fee and that if you call to cancel you can ask for a refund be sure to remember this and the trial is free.
