Been playing AP for a few hours today. I really enjoy it, sure it has it's issues but, overall it's a very fun game and so far the story has kept me interested, was worth the 44.99.

Went ahead and picked it up today after work. No problems, was in the case, and someone was in electronics at the time. But, guess it wouldn't have mattered since I work there and could have just paged someone myself to come to electronics. =P

Figured, but, thought I'd ask anyway. Never would have been happier to be wrong though.

Always happens to me like this. I had just ordered ME2 off of Amazon yesterday for 48~ dollars. Then of course the very next day after the order has already shipped and can't be canceled all these pop up. FML

So I had ordered a copy of Mass Effect 2 for the 360 under the New condition for 39 dollars. It was suppose to be factory sealed never opened. I got it today just a few moments ago in fact. And of course the game wasn't factory sealed you could see that the sticker on the game was tampered with...
