I skimmed the list and it's only the games that were already on sale, e.g. Uncharted, Horizon. God of War, etc are listed but at regular price.

It is between Destiny 2 and Skyrim in the bottom row of the $17 section. The vanilla edition is $12 too. If it's not there for you, then I guess your region doesn't have all the same deals. I remember WM having worse deals in my area on games a few years ago compared to the leaked ads.

Where are you trying to redeem it? If you're on PS3, go to PSN > Account Management > Redeem Codes. People are reporting that it works better. I redeemed my PS Plus code on the first try right before they announced the code redemption system was down on Friday.
