Mine's perfect. No problems whatsoever. When the stockboy brought the psp out to me, the box was obviously damaged, looked like it'd been dropped. I asked him for one in a bit better condition....... and i've had no problems. i guess i got lucky.

I wouldn't be surprised if most of the UMDs are packaged this way. Then again, I can't figure out why you'd want to stare at such a small screen for 2 hours. It looks great, but i'll stick with my hd tv.

How's the online play? I've been eyeing this one too....

My biggest gripe is the loading and unloading of the UMD discs. After my ds and gba, it feels like such a pain in the ass to have to pop open the back and switch discs. I really enjoy my PSP, I have no plans to return it (screen is perfect), but man.... does it have issues.
