Called CS right as they opened and got through to someone. Got the eShop code over the phone and was told I should have the gift card emailed to me by Monday.

Switch arrived today, still no sign of my GS or eShop cards anywhere. Guess I'm playing phone tag again *sigh*

Finally got a tracking number for monday's Switch order, should be going out tomorrow. GS and eShop gift cards still MIA, almost an hour on hold now with getting anyone at the customer support number.

My Cyber Monday Switch order has the eShop and gift cards marked as "shipped", nothing on the console yet. Haven't seen either of the cards in any form yet and also got that same email.
