Over the weekend, I found Stronghold Crusader II (PC) marked down to $5.

Still in the display rack at Plainville, MA, Wolfenstein (360), $8.98.

My local BJs Wholesale store had a clipless coupon for $20 off a 12-month Xbox Live Subscription, bringing the total down to $38. I'm not sure how many different stores are running this deal, and it does not appear to be reflected online anywhere so YMMV.

Ordered Monday, arrived yesterday. Came with a free promotional soundtrack for The Last Story. I paid $20 for the game and it cost them $9.97 to ship it to me. Seems crazy to me when Media Mail exists, but whatever.

Great price on a game with a lady who looks like a dude.

I used gaming as a motivational reward. I got nothing done with a TV in my room, but if I finished certain assignments or tasks, I'd hook up my PS2 to the lounge TV and play Manhunt, Hitman or Vice City for an hour or so. This reward coincidentally occurred when campus tours would be given.

Netflix needs to vastly increase its streaming library if I'm going to keep the service.
