UG - now I'm curious; I still have my PS3 and PS2. Not certain it's a valid comparison though, I've got my PS2 running to an S-video on the TV and the PS3 is just using regular component video. Huh - maybe I ought to swap that around.

Isn't it obvious? The point of a pre-order is to start generating revenue from a game well before release. Oh, you meant for the consumer! Ummm...yea, for us there's really no point if you can't walk into the store on launch day and claim your copy. (Metaphorically speaking)

Pity - 37 for Shadowrun is almost reasonably priced/approaching a good deal. Curious. I wonder why they're charging so much more for the US region version.
