Oh, is it looking like those upgrades (Death Stranding, FFVIIR, this, whatever else) are going to be fixed price? I follow the logic, but I didn't realize.

I own Ghost of Tsushima on PS4, and the DIRECTOR’S CUT is currently still showing $29.99 for me. Hm. Wondering if the price will update later, or if us early adopters are just out of luck this sale.

Yeah, I think that's what's bothering me. I assumed that if I bought the game, and jumped through the hoops, I'd get the pins. That seemed like the deal. It never occurred to me that I'd be gambling, or camping for a flash sale, or whatever nonsense.

I'm honestly not even sure why I'm as sad as I am about missing the stupid pins, but I somehow missed that the codes would be live at a specific time today, and apparently that's just that. Rough.

Is this an unpopular opinion? I very much agree! If you want to play a Dark Souls game proper, 3 is definitely the one that plays the most like Bloodborne (though still pretty different).
