It's Dragon Ball Z Buu Yuu Retsuden, but like everybody else said, it was never released in the U.S. It's a Japanese release. It's a watered down version of the Super Butouden series on the Super Famicom.

You should try seeing if your local Gamestop has it. That's where I ended up picking my copy up.
