Hi I have received my refund from paypal also after waiting ten days from the day I filed my claim. If there is anything we can do to help people avoid from ordering from the site in the future please let me know.

I wish I would have found this sooner. I just ordered from this site and it's been 6 days and it still says awaiting fulfilment. I just filed a dispute with paypal hopefully I can get my money back.

Ok just to clear this up they DID in fact change the reference it is now like this BURGER KING-2010110255-NAME.(note this is a random date that I chose just to show you guys the format. the "2010" is the year the "11" is the month the "02" is the day and "55" is the prize won that day out of 96...
