TRU is overall a better customer service experience. Kmart was impossible to find anyone working near electronics to get into the game case. TRU issue can be finding someone available to help you in the game case when they are busier. If I go to TRU I try to go during the daytime on a weekday...
Yeah, if they started doing the B1G1 on video games I would be a regular shopper for those. Otherwise I haven't been to one in months again and other than maybe doing a swap out for a $.99 movie this weekend I probably won't be back there again this year. They've buried themselves and seem too...
I don't know if it's just me, but many of these games were so cheap in the first place I never bothered to look at them. It doesn't make much difference to me getting a game for $1 versus $0.10 although I guess I could be missing out on some gems.
I'm really hoping we see some type of B2G2...
I renewed mine yesterday. At the store I went to they seemed to lose their dedicated gaming person because every time I am in there it's someone covering more than one area and they have no clue about gaming or how to do anything. Yesterday I had to ask the guy 3 times to renew my membership...
Not true.
The deal as it was intended caused you to spend $40.99 and you would get a value of $55.99 (39.99+15+1). This equals a 26.5% discount.
The deal as it is now working allows you to spend $25.99 and get a value of $40.99. This equals a 36.5% discount.
I'm getting the same thing and trying multiple times is not helping. This is a common problem I have on their site however, and then they usually flip or switch or something and it works normal right before the sale is over.
I've received 1 movie in the past 2 weeks with about 10-15 things in my queue. I'm guessing by the status of nearly everything I enter on my queue having a longer wait this is kind of killing the service. Free is free, but I wouldn't expect the level of service they had in the past on this...
I came here to find the same thing as I am not finding it anymore. It's too bad because that was a nice tool, but given that Sears is wiping out it's gaming selection so much I guess it was at the end of the road.
Glyde is a good idea with bad execution if you ask me. I used to sell my stuff on there but there always ended up problems. Either the mailers would come so much later or never at all. Sometimes I would get mailers for stuff I never even sold. I would have buyers take the case/manual and...
I had no problem with either the TM or MW3 coupons being automatically applied to my account at checkout without any physical coupon. It was the first time I had done it but it worked flawlessly. When the cashier goes to finalize the transaction they are prompted to add the packages for the...
That's precisely what I said to my wife a week or two about renting something and considering all of our options.
1) I could go to Blockbuster and spend $2-3 on the rental (I forget), but I'd have to travel nearly 20 miles round trip. Factor in a gallon of gas and that is a $5 rental.
2) I...
Corrected from above:
Avis Games on 51st Ave & Indian School
Fix & Play on 107th Ave & Indian School
Both open, I checked them out again yesterday. I thought of another one too, TRX2 on 35th Ave & Peoria.
It seems like we had a major swing of Play N Trades close down now. The only one I am aware of is on 48th Street (Tatum) and Bell. Fallout Games added a store to Tempe (Southern & McClintock I think) as well as their location on 43rd Avenue and Bell. I haven't been to We Fix 'Em or whatever...
