i don't understand why XC2 is being called 'chibi' in its art style. i guess the MC looks very young and his armor is chunkier, but Pyra i mean sweet heavens.

Ys VIII feels a lot like Ys Seven which I did not really enjoy. But at least the dodge roll is no longer faster than the run speed. That's a major step forward.

LOH Cold Steel port is so clean! It seems such a simple thing to ask for, yet it's strange how rare it is to see.

my switch arrived from B&H while i was away and my fiance set it up and started playing BotW. i feel..betrayed. happy with the stock controller setup, don' think i'll need the pro. however, i keep crouching by accident in BotW. the L3 button seems sensitive.

anyone having issues with the left joycon connectivity? just curious to how widespread it is.

IPS is favored in nearly all cases. It helps most with color and viewing angles, so you don't have to be looking at the screen at a perfect angle to get the best picture.

beat bloodborne today. great game all around. boss fights weren't really that intricate or memorable outside a few but that's my only complaint.

Bloodborne is a lot easier than the souls games. The blood starved beast is the only boss that has given me trouble so far, but beating it has taught me to just jam myself up in any boss's grill and keep mashing. I can't see what's going on but it's extremely effective.
