when have u ever gone to a store and bought something with store credit and them give u back cash? its very much common sense. when u trade in a game u get store credit, because they want you to use the money they give u to buy more stuff in their store. its a win win sceario.

let a fellow eletronics employee from sears help. vom is very old merchiandise. and when it goes outa the system that just means the price turns to zero and they must collect the items and send them back to the vendor. also clearance is still iffy imo. ive seen many clearance items come back...
