Wow this is back again eh? It's kind of sad most my points are all related to The ECA and their shenanigans. They still have fake and broken member benefits over there too. Sadly that issue fell by the wayside due to all their bigger screwups. One of the worst run "nonprofits" ever.

It's not in any TOS I've seen. It's moot anyway since I haven't reported them.

When you cancel I thought they claim to remove all your information from their records? If they are still sending newsletters they may be in violation of this.

Nobody know since nobody's renewal has come due yet. As for me I was willing to give them another chance but they banned my account saying I filed a report against them. I never did but they stopped responding to me. I guess I will have to file a report now for being caught up in a witch hunt.
