just sent off the refurb they sent me, along with the power supply. Mine is also going back via fedex overnight delivery. So it should arrive sometime tomorrow afternoon. I am hoping that sending in the power supply equals new machine. If they send another POS refurb that makes noise, back...
I have to send my power supply in as well, I wonder if this means we might get new one's back. I told them to not even think of sending me the POS they just sent me back. I guess we will find out soon enough. Nice to hear about the overnight shipping, at least that is a positive.
it is BS that the only cover RROD, gpu failures should be covered also. They know there machines are not reliable but will only admit to the RROD. If you pay 100$ to fix it you are now at 500$ invested, that's just not right.

A friend of mine had the same thing happen to his 360, they wanted 100$ to fix it. He managed to negotiate the fee down to 25-30$ which is around the price of a warranty. You should try and get them to reduce the fee.
