I was able to get the free game and $10 gc no problem. The only hiccup being they ran out of all PS3 rockstar games. I had to get a xbox version of Max Payne 3 in hopes they get a PS3 version to switch with later.

The token is just extra security like Blizzard's authentication code token. It gives you a randomized code to input along with your log in info. There's also the free software version for smartphones that do the same thing. I would use that if I wasn't thinking of changing phones. I wanted it so...

I think they stopped letting people order them until Sept. 1, so they can implement the price change from $10 to $11. I wanted one too :(

I don't play all that much, but I've never seen people get kicked for being too good lol. I have seen a lot of whiners/complainers/ragers though. When I get in a pub game, I usually am either kicked for being too "noob" or I get frustrated playing with griefers.
