Good to know I'm not the only one this happened to. I just filed a support ticket with them asking to either explain what happened to my second pack or to issue me the refund I am due if they indeed canceled it. I'll let you know what I hear back from them.
So I ordered and paid for 2 copies of the Bethesda pack the night they were on "sale." I managed to get a key for Dishonored and Skyrim and activated them on Steam before GG went down and "ran out of keys." Afterwards in my inventory I had the Bethesda New Year Collection (2) listed but there...
Thanks for confirming it, not sure what to do now, don't really feel like getting into a whole thing with customer support especially when the credit expires in a few hours anyway and I've already added Darksiders 2 and its DLC to my Steam account. Already owned the original Darksiders which is...
Should the $5 THQ credit apply to the Darksiders Franchise Pack on sale for $13.19? Because someone on GAF said it applied when they bought it but when I tried it, it didn't, so I emailed customer support...who sent back a reply saying all they could do is give me another $5 credit and cancel...
Weird, it worked for me in Waterfox (x64 version of Firefox) as well. Didn't do anything different but neither IE or Chrome would let me past the "Please try again later." message. Oh well, bit of work but I have it registered on Steam now. Thanks!
I used that one as well a few minutes after you first posted that the site was working again and all I ever got was a "Please try again later." message. Well, in German, of course. Guess I was too slow if they're out of codes again.
I have a 25% off coupon for SS3 so I can buy a 4-pack for $30.59 or $7.65 each. I'd keep one copy of course so I'd have 3 remaining at that price. If you and 2 other people want in and can pay via PayPal I'll host a 4-pack for us.
Wow, lotta GMG fanboys up in this thread. I'm happy with my bank, thanks, only reason I'm blaming GMG is because they tripped my bank's fraud detection and clearly I'm not the only one from reading this thread. Whatever, there's too many other places to buy games to deal with this nonsense.
Of course I realize that. The question is WTF is GMG doing that is causing my bank to decline the card when that's not happened with any other UK retailer I've ever used.
Tried to get in on Space Marine and it was the biggest mistake of my week. First they decline PayPal because it's not verified. I've had that account since 2002 and it's confirmed but not verified because there's no way in hell I am giving PayPal my banking info. So that's useless.
Then I make...
I'm hosting an E.Y.E: Divine Cybermancy 4-pack, 3 of them remaining for $1.87 each. (Gifted via PayPal.) Reply if you want in and include your Steam ID so I can friend you and give you my PayPal address.
1. Taken.
2. Taken.
3. Taken.
And we're done. Thanks and enjoy the game!
