In regards to the collection, I bought it a while back and have enjoyed it. For the price you do get a lot. It will never be like playing it on the original console, but I really didn't notice any issues with it. For 10$, you get quite a lot of gaming!

Hate to be the bearer of bad news, but that person was me. I must agree though, the clerk was quite rude and was hesitant to even get the games for me. I picked up the 3 you mentioned, but I'm sure I noticed more copies... anyways, the clerk was not helpful in any sense of the word...

Deal was basically over when it started, woke up this morning and like telepathy, OoS... not much of a deal for the rest of us poor souls who have to sleep early. Oh well, hopefully they restock at some point today.
