Eat Lead: Return of Matt Hazard - $10 for PS3 at Newegg

I'd agree with that. The writing and game mechanics are really bad. I couldn't finish.

Tony Hawk Ride (PS3) $29.99 at Newegg

I feel like it might be worth it at that price. The peripheral might be crappy, but it will probably prevent the game from falling much lower. I might bite, just to try it out and maybe get a laugh.

    GS-GameDays SALE March 26th - Updated

Jurassic the Hunted for $15 isn't bad. I might pick it up for a laugh.

iPhone and iPod Touch Games - Ongoing Sales

We Rule is up on the US itunes store: http://itunes.apple.com/us/app/we-rule/id339274852?mt=8 It's a free to play app that's been up on Canadian itunes for a little over a week. It's sort of similar to Farmville, but it's less annoying to manage since it's portable. There is of course an...

    Gamestaq Year End Sale

I got an email today at 10:20 AM for my order of Tiger Woods PGA Tour 10 which I placed at 9:04 PM 12/30. Everything looks good so far.

    Gamestaq Year End Sale

The game is definitely technically a bit better on the 360 (and even better on the PC), but it's still a great game on the PS3. If it's your only means of playing it, it's definitely worth buying. I ordered Tiger Woods PGA Tour 10. My cousin brought down Tiger 09 for Christmas and I had a...

ECA: Hal Halpin's Latest Statement: Changes are Coming

Not to be a total kissass, but I completely agree. Kodave, you've really been handling this situation better than anyone, both on here and on the ECA forums.

(FREE) ECA Membership, Amazon Codes are down for time being

I fail to see how a state of paranoia would affect Amazon's decision on the matter.

(FREE) ECA Membership, Amazon Codes are down for time being

I'd be too paranoid that it was a strategy to root out code stackers to act on it.

(FREE) ECA Membership, Amazon Codes are down for time being

We are going in such marvelous circles. The thread has really changed ever since the GIMAG code fiasco; it was much more friendly in the before time. It's really the root of all the troubles Amazon and ECA have had.

(FREE) ECA Membership, Amazon Codes are down for time being

I did precisely that two days ago, and I haven't read anything about Amazon putting a fix in.

(FREE) ECA Membership, Amazon Codes are down for time being

I'm not sure whether we should be dreading or thanking that GIMAG code. On one hand, the huge influx of new members has resulted in codes going way faster and stacking multiple codes has become viable as a result. On the other hand, the codes might go away for that very reason. I can't imagine...

Official Amazon Trade-In/FAQ II - READ 1st POST

Yep. It seems like an opportunistic stab by Amazon to raise both trade-ins and console sales around when a new handheld is coming out (PSP Go) and prices have been lowered on all the consoles.

    Amazon - Dragon Age: Origins 360/PS3 56.99 PC 46.99 + $10 Credit + Free Boots

I don't think we'll see any games with mod support on the PS3 in the future. Unreal Tournament 3 was the only game that has supported it. It's a shame the game didn't sell well; more developers might have followed suit if it had. I wish Sony would make it an initiative, since mod-support would...

    Amazon - Dragon Age: Origins 360/PS3 56.99 PC 46.99 + $10 Credit + Free Boots

The only negatives I've heard about the 360 version is that it doesn't look as nice or run quite as well as the PC version, but that can be said about any PC/console game. If you have a PC that can run it, go with that. If you are buying on console, the 360 version is the safer bet, as I said...

    Amazon - Dragon Age: Origins 360/PS3 56.99 PC 46.99 + $10 Credit + Free Boots

The 360 version is the safer option. As far as I know, the PS3 version has never even been demoed, so it's somewhat of an unknown quantity. The 360 version is also coming out two weeks earlier. BioWare has the most experience with 360 and PC, so it's probably the way to go.

Official Amazon Trade-In/FAQ II - READ 1st POST

Well, that assumes you're going to get full value for your elite. With the elite currently having that $50 mail in rebate, it seems unlikely that you'd get even $250 for it, unless you have a better way of trading it than I know of. Your elite would certainly go a long way of paying for a PS3 or...

Alright, thanks. Yep, just canceled and it's all back. This + $210 worth of games I sent in today should help for the holidays. Now Amazon better not start some awesome promotion in a week...:bomb:

Official Amazon Trade-In/FAQ II - READ 1st POST

Quick questions: I used about $175 worth of credit obtained from game trade-ins as well as the $75 off a new console coupon that was the first promotion to pre-order a PSP Go! Now that the launch is coming around, I'm thinking that I really don't care all that much for portable gaming and the...
