Ah great now that I've cancelled the BF3 pre-order (budget issue) I'm being paranoid because I've had a few more issues in the past couple of months than ever before (UPS told me they lost it, Amazon sent me a replacement and then both showed up... I sent one back, but still I felt like an ass).

I had the same issue, turns out that the credit that's listed for software/games is actually 10 off for the 12 month xbox-live code for buying a 360 game from them last year, but it still shows as credit on your account.

That's the Collector's Edition (which contains everything for the Signature Edition+extras I believe). Retail for vanilla Dragon Age 2 will still be 60.

For a game patch it's nothing, basically it's downloading the patch and if you lose power it just has to start over because it knows the patch is bad. During a system update you might have to flash your hard drive, with the base OS and reinstall the patches but it shouldn't be a big deal...

It's...eh... I mean it's ok... the controls are really clunky and you die in 1 shot. It's not like MGS where if you are spotted you can run away, if you spotted you are instantly dead. I'm exaggerating a bit but it's pretty close to instant death... at first it's an interesting game mechanic...
