Amazon PCDD - Important Update New Community Manager Incoming!

Hey Tony, Any chance you could talk to EA about putting ME3 on sale?  Or maybe the trilogy? You have the 2 DLC collection up, so I figured it was worth an ask.

Hey Tony, I'm interested in Defiance, Metro LL or DI Riptide. I buy a lot of stuff from Amazon if that helps! :)

Amazon PCDD - Important Update New Community Manager Incoming!

Heads up for people who may have bought the regular edition on Amazon last weekend and now want the deluxe edition. You can upgrade to the deluxe edition for $2.50 on Steam, which effectively matches the price in total.

Thanks!  Weird, I did a search and could only get the Xbox and PS3 versions to come up.

Hey Tony, Are you guys selling an X:COM - Enemy Within PC (the expansion) download code?  I was looking for it on the site and could not find it.

The game is amazing, don't wait any longer for it.  Easily one of the top games of 2012.

The Steam Deal Thread V7 - The soda wars have ended, but the deals rage on.

The new DLC is a standalone expansion. It's releasing at $ 29.99 though, so even if you bought gold + that you'd save over the $ 49.99 tag on the complete version. I might bite....still. Have a few hours to decide.

Ugh, just realized that there is a standalone expansion for H6 coming out next week.... I may wait a bit longer for a "complete" gold pack.

Even though it's gotten decent press coverage it's still a pretty underground thing -- anecdotaly nobody I know has even heard about the stuff unless they are super anti-govt. types. Libertarians love the stuff, heh. That's one reason why I like talking about it, plus it's got a lot of juicy...

The thing to remember about bitcoins is that the market for them is very volatile. If you start mining with that kind of mindset (i.e. you might get something out of it sometime down the line, you might not) then I think it's fine. It's an interesting experiment; honestly I don't expect it to...

Same. I don't even have regular TV at the house (internet TV only) and so the only indication that I have that I should be wary is when the sirens go off. I think it helps not to be tied down to the weather channel when in the middle of one. That being said I might regret it one day.

    GOG Deals Thread

To each his own. The thing I remember most about NVN 1 is that the online persistent worlds were amazing. Still have fond memories of Neversummer and Abyss 404. Single player wise Hordes of the Underdark was great rest was kind of... eh? I assume the online stuff is completely gone now...

Most of them hold up well, especially modded. Nice thing about IE games is that graphically they still look great (with hi res fix) since the backgrounds are hand drawn. I'd skip NVN 1 (super ugly now), Demonstone and Dragonshard.. I know it's a mixed bag but I have nothing but love for ToEE...
