One of the reps from Amazon told me to call the Sony as well but I couldn't understand why as it was Amazon running the promotion, not Sony. I was seriously considering telling them I was going to be contacting The Better Business Bureau untill I was issued the $20 dollars to my account.

A friend who works there's texted me today and said if you mention Ryan Newman you get a Bloomin onion for free. Not sure if country wide, this was in AA Michigan. The server wasn't sure if you needed to order an entre or not but after checking with her manger , I was able to get it by itself.
