You sacrifice a lot of FPS in order to achieve PhysX enhancements. It's really not worth it imho unless you have a super fast card or a dedicated Physx card. Watch some videos on Youtube comparing the differences, they're not significant Enough to justify buying a fast enough card or dedicated...
