The collection hardly has any DLC. Buy the CK2 for $7 and buy the DLC individually when they're 75% off (you'll get more DLC this way).

You will most likely be able to. When you run it on Steam it makes you use Uplay anyway.

This is now the regular price for the limited edition. Without artbook and CD it will be $30 Whether or not they're worth $10 is entirely up to how much you like that kind of stuff - I don't care at all so it's a no brainer for me
