Hmm, I don't remember running into that problem, but I wasn't really focused on it. I think it took quite a while, though.... but i think by now you would have probably figured out if it was screwed up or if it was just hung up.
So far it seems pretty fun. I haven't played Sims since the first one, but there is a good amount of stuff to keep you motivated towards goals. I have had it crash on me twice so my advice is to save often since it doesn't auto save.
I think it is a little surprising to hear wombat say he got the most value out of Fallout 3 this year. The first show after he got it all he could do was complain about how he didn't understand the game, which weapon to use, and how to use the map.
I can completely understand the confusion...
I got this a while back for like 8 bucks and I really do like it. If you like the battlefield style games, or if you were into the multiplayer from Return to Castle Wolfenstein then there is no reason for you to not pick this up. One thing about this game that I love and that I desperately...

So I have been working at Game Stop for a month or so and I really don't mind it as much as alot of people do. One of the only things that bothers me is that one of managers that works there tells people that playing xbox games on your 360 or ps2 games on your ps3 is akin to hitting your system...
