I can confirm this as well, I picked mine up about a week ago off the target clearance end cap in the electronics section. The only difference for me was that my copy was marked at 29.99, but a great deal either way.

So on the gamestop.ca site, i click on the link that says PS3 at the top of the page. The window loads and at the top it says Assassins creed II 29.99. When I click on any of the links for the game, it takes me to the Assassins Creed (one) page and tries to sell me the first game for 29.99...

Looks like the Reston, Va (146732) store has been pulled from the store locator on the website.

This is highly doubtful, at this point, they are going to try to make as much money off of what little bit of stock they have left in the store. Usually when they ran the higher percent off deals, the MVP didnt stack.
