Yeah,they do that all the time, I gotta tell them to add it to my trades too. Not to mention that they have no dedicated employees in the game dept, so I always get the trainer mode people aka 45 minutes to trade in 2 games,lol.

Have you tried resetting the password on your account? If so, look at the link they give you, for some reason there is a wrong character in the link that totally messes it up. I think it replaces the "@" symbol with another random character for your email, FYI.
