Ordered 9 new games, got zero factory sealed. I didn’t even know that would be a possibility. It’s really irritating. I mean, I do want to play the games but I take a long time to get to them and typically like to leave them sealed until then. Now, what’s the point? Thanks GameStop.

Damn, never knew it glitched at $19.99 before. $40 is a good price, but I am holding out for $30 or less. I still have to get to some of the earlier games, so I am in no rush.

This is true, it is online only. However you can choose in store pickup if that location has all the games you want.

Another stupid question - I know there have been issues with people using trade in credit online in the past, is that still a thing? I don't want any of my funds to be frozen and have to trust Gamestop to make it right.

For those that have ordered PSN Cards/XBox currency/eShop etc off the website with trade credit, has there been any issues? I am just weary I guess of their website working correctly and I don't want my credit to be wasted and spend hours trying to retrieve it. Do they just email you the codes...
